“All ace Mycket bra”

“Nice hotel with clean common areas and room. Spa area was a bit boring. Overall a good hotel.”

“Nice room and hotel, unfortunately the staff in the reception were very not service minded or helpful at all. This caused our first and last impression to be very bad. Very bad service when checking in and out.”

“The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel was close and walking distance to most things. Great stay.”

“Perfect, a frequent booking of mine”

“Overall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. ”

“Can’t get a line item receipt and have charges for items that aren’t explained”

“Booked a room for 3 persons but there were only one bed? Had to pay 1600kr extra just for one more bed so we all could sleep. Terrible service in front desk and breakfast, 140kr for a coffee is not ok ”

“Vi var mycket nöjda! Skulle absolut bo här igen!”
