Rooms great. Staff great. Food and service great. Just a bit out of town. Great if you have a car, otherwise taxis needed. Castle cars were great though.

I had a Saturday night stay with my son in March. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate in the pub and We both agreed that the food was fantastic. Breakfast the following morning was also really good with a good choice of both hot and cold food. I will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!
Lovely hotel and pub, excellent free parking. Attentive staff. The room was comfortable and cosy and the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and the food was good quality. We would definitely stay again.

A great find - very nice place
stayed here mid week for a business trip and it was brilliant . from the moment i arrived extremely helpful receptionist. Room was perfect , large with desk very comfy bed and legs bathroom . The bar / restaurant was very nice . Good choice was good and the food taste was amazing . Extremely friendly bar staff . will 100% stay again when i’m in the area .

Quite far out of Arundel and poor sound proofing in room so every noise outside the door and through the walls was heard. Rubbish and recycling was collected very close to our bedroom window at 5am.

Ideal for visiting Arundel and surrounding area!
The White Swan is a good place to stay for anyone looking to visit Arundel and the surrounding area. It seemed popular both as a pub for dinner and for somewhere to stay. Plenty of positives: - Comfortable beds - Good size rooms - Plenty of parking onsite - Passionate friendly staff - Cleanly and tidy - Menu choice Adequacies: - location (it’s outside of the town centre although walkable) - Food service (was a little slow at dinner but may have been a one off as breakfast was quick) - Food quality - Room / hotel / pub decor Negatives: - None Overall we are happy with our stay at the white swan and feel that we made the right choice when looking for somewhere to stay in Arundel and would recommend it to others.

lovely old pub atmosphere, staff were efficient and friendly and really enjoyed the experience. only thing that i bulked at was the cost vs the standard of the rooms, the room was clean but looked tired an had old tech in the bathroom and wasn't really in keeping with £189 for a double for one night, would I stay there again, yes but for the price, if it were £120-130 then no issue, athough the comment re rooms stands.

The staff made us welcome from the start, showed us around the lounge and dining area before taking us to our room, which was spacious and inviting. They told us if a beautiful walk through the forest to get into Arundel. Food was amazing

Excellent hotel and restaurant
Amazing hotel - a real gem, rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and chatty. A superb choice for an overnight stay - food was superb and the bar is really nice too. Couldn't ask for more! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
