Our driver is always available to drive our guests to town (which is less than 4km away) and during your next stay we can arrange for someone to escort you around if you feel uncomfortable walking around Arusha. We offer a mini-fridge on request for our guests but we are planning to soon add fridges to all our rooms. I am also sorry you had an issue with your air conditioner and would like to note that we have recently serviced all of our air conditioners to ensure our guests have the best experience possible. We thank you for noting that the rooms were nice and clean but find it unfortunate that the wifi was down during your stay. This is not a common occurrence as our Internet Service Provider is notified as soon as there is any problem with the internet and fixes it as soon as possible. We try our best to put as much variety as possible in our breakfast and our restaurant menu prices are very affordable according to majority of our guests. However, we will work on your comments as we do for all our reviews as our aim is to provide the best experience possible to our guests. We are currently undertaking major improvements during this period of low demand and we are looking forward to accommodating you again in the future once this improvements have been implemented. Thank you so much for your review. About the remoteness of the hotel, Mvuli Hotel is 3.6km from the Arusha City Center and we have free transport to town twice daily in the morning and at 5pm. I wish you talked to the Receptionists who are always ready to assist and they could have given you free transport to town and back where you could do your ATM business and even eat out if you wished to do so. About the food at the restaurant, usually the food is good and well appreciated by our guests however I will look into this and see what went wrong the same with internet.
