“The location of this lodge is amazing, offering a serene setting to enjoy the wildlife of Tanzania when not on safari. The lodge sits on the edge of a marsh and gave us multiple terrace options (including a private one attached to our room) to do some bird watching. While there , we saw the African fish eagle and Black-and-white cascade hornbill, songbirds too many to count, along with some visiting Vervet monkeys. The staff were among the most attentive and friendly that we have experienced and...

“Super schöne Zimmer, traumhafte Anlage, die total im Einklang mit der Natur ist. Viel Grün und Möglichkeit abzuschalten. Ganz besonders war der Service von Nelson. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!”

“Pascal and his wife Belinda are the best hostess you can get to start your trip in Tanzania. They are very open, warm and takes care of you right away from when you arrive. Pascal introduces you to a lot of his friends, his family, his school children (who are there in the morning) and gives you a lot of tips and recommendations and really helps you with everything. The Bed and Breakfast is by traditional Tanzania standard and is located a bit outside Arusha city and is really like a the sign...

“I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Duluti! It was peacefully and tranquil which is what I was looking for. The property is amazing with lots of trees, plants and animals. Having my own chalet gave me a lot of privacy and made it easy to have restful nights. The staff were helpful and made my stay comfortable and fun. They would have my chalet preped for sleeping when I was having dinner. I would stay at Lake Duluti again if coming back to Arusha. ”

“Our stay at Gran Meliá Arusha was simply outstanding and far exceeded everything we could have imagined. From the very first moment, the hotel impressed us with its elegance, tranquility, and breathtaking natural setting.
We were lucky to stay in a room with stunning views of Mount Meru, waking up every morning to an absolutely magical landscape. The infinity pool is spectacular, perfectly integrated into the surroundings and ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures. The gardens are lush,...

“We stayed in the budget rooms at the hotel for a total of three nights. We didn’t expect much since it was a last-minute solution after our original hotel booking fell through. However, the staff at Moshono Hillside were incredibly accommodating and friendly despite our late request.
The staff were extremely helpful with everything—from transportation and check-in to laundry service and more.
The hotel itself was modern and had a well-equipped gym, which we made use of several times during our...

“I love this hotel! It’s clean and super safe (they have a security guard at the gate). The staff is helpful and welcoming. They can help you find restaurants, get a a taxi, even just answer questions about Tanzanian culture. Most speak very good English. The owner is onsite almost everyday and really nice. It felt like a home away from home. Don’t expect anything fancy though. The rooms are comfortable and clean but not luxurious. The top selling point is the atmosphere, which you can’t get at...
