DESCRIPTION OF THE SPACES RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY FOR GUESTS:

The spaces of the property reserved for guests consist of the flat on the upper floor of the villa, the front terrace/balcony with sea view, the rear veranda at ground level equipped with barbecue and with a portion of the rear garden reserved and in total privacy. The house has free wi fi, and enjoys a fabulous panoramic sea view over the Gulf of Arzachena, immersed in a large context of greenery and granite rocks characteristic of the area and of Gallura as a whole.

THE LOWER FLOOR OF THE VILLA REMAINS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE HOST.

COMMON SPACES:

Private internal road access to the property, large garden and private outdoor free parking spaces for guests (unguarded).



The spacious, 90 m2 property, which is surrounded by fantastic Mediterranean greenery and characteristic granite rocks, consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed and a single bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, which can be made into a king size bed upon request) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.



The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, A/C, a washing machine, air conditioning (only in the living room and double bedroom), satellite television, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. Furthermore, the property also boasts a balcony, 2 private terraces (open and covered) as well as a private barbecue, where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Wake up to the view of the Gulf of Arzachena and enjoy a healthy breakfast outside on the open terrace. Dine with the family in the evening on the covered terrace and toast to a wonderful holiday with a glass of full-bodied wine. Due to its great location, the beautiful Sardinian coastline and the village of Cannigione can be reached in approximately 5 minutes by car. Here you will find a selection of shops, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and cafes. Sports enthusiasts can also take advantage of the sailing and windsurfing centers here. The nearest supermarket is also just a 5-minute drive away (2.6 km). The stunning beach, Spiaggia di Cannigione, is a mere 5 minutes away by car (3.1 km). Portocervo is just a 10- minute drive away. Here you can sunbathe on the soft sand, swim in the refreshing sea or spend the day snorkeling in the deep blue water with its rocky seabed.
