Il Giardino degli Oleandri is located in the heart of the exclusive Costa Smeralda, a short distance from the most beautiful beaches in the area and only 3 km from Porto Cervo, a destination renowned for its exclusive boutiques and glamorous clubs. The residence, surrounded by the fragrant oleanders from which it takes its name, is built on a hillside immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and represents a real oasis of tranquility and well-being.

The property has 2 shared outdoor swimming pools and is located just 350 meters from the Liscia di Vacca beach. Bars, restaurants, tobacconists and markets are about 1.5 km away; therefore the use of a car is recommended.

The port and airport of Olbia are about 26km away, and for golf enthusiasts the Pevero Club is only 5km away.

The structure has 21 apartments elegantly finished with the typical furnishings of the Costa Smeralda, with decapé and wrought iron details. The apartments can be on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the sea or garden or on the ground floor with a patio.


MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SPOT AT CHECK-IN:

1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.

3) TOURIST TAX: obligatory for the municipality of Arzachena, in cash.

4) DEPOSIT. € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 - check-out 9:00 to 10.00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure for the release of the KEY BOX code for the collection of the key. In case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.
