Located in the Brise de Mer residence, this fully equipped apartment offers an outstanding sea view, facing the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan. The semi-covered terrace features a garden lounge, sun loungers, and an electric plancha. Just 100 meters from the beach and less than 800 meters from the pier, you’ll enjoy an ideal location.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer, food processor, fryer, juicer, pressure cooker, dishes, and utensils. The terrace provides a stunning view of the harbor and the Gulf entrance.



The sleeping area includes a 140×190 cm double bed and a 140×190 cm BZ sofa bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, vanity unit, hairdryer, towel radiator, washer-dryer, and a low cabinet. Separate toilets.



Beds are made on arrival. For each bed, mattress protectors, fitted sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases are provided. All bed linen is replaced for each guest. Blankets are also available.



A small garage is available for a compact car, bikes, or other equipment.



Cleaning fees cover the laundering of bed and bath linen. Cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, and vacuuming must be done before departure or can be arranged for an extra charge at the end of your stay.



Included: bed and bath linen, a tea towel, a hand towel, dishwasher and laundry detergent, dish soap, soap, sponges, toilet paper, and paper towels (to be replenished as needed).
