- A 2m² north-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm weather

The apartment is ideally located in Arzon, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

Activities:
- Take a stroll to the port of Petit Mont and admire the maritime landscapes typical of the Gulf.
- Discover the seabed with a dive supervised by H2JO Diving.
- Rent a boat or jet ski to explore the coast and islands in total freedom.
- Hike from the port along the famous GR34 footpath running alongside the sea.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the apartment's free parking Quai des Cabestans lot right below.
