Le Rivage is a large 35 m² studio ideally located at the entrance to Arzon, in a beautiful residence classified as outstanding contemporary architecture, a unique project built like a fortified castle above the sea. The apartment is at the foot of two large sandy beaches, directly accessible from the residence.
A 10-minute walk along a beachfront path takes you to the port of Crouesty, where you can enjoy the sea and fresh air, while discovering the splendors of the Gulf of Morbihan and its magical islands.
The fully modular studio has no sea view, but has direct access to the residence's Place Kervers and Place du Fogeo. It comprises a cosy living room with sofa bed and wood-burning stove, a coffee table that can be converted into a console, a fully-equipped open kitchen, a sleeping area with double bed, separated from the living room by a curtain, and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Free private parking. Sheets and towels not provided.

The accommodation:
Located on the 1st floor of the residence, accessible by stairs, it is composed of:
- Nice bright living room:
The sofa is divided into two convertible armchairs, either a double bed of 160 x 200, or two single beds of 80 x 200.
Wood stove for winter
Console converts into a large table for 4 people.
- Fully equipped open kitchen
- Bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilet. Washing machine.
- Room separated from the day space by a curtain. Bed 160 x 200 which can be stored as a trundle bed.
- Loggia with balcony on the bedroom side. Coffee table and 2 armchairs to relax or have breakfast.

Near the residence :
Super U d'Arzon 5 min by car
- Port du Crouesty 10 minutes walk where you will find small shops and restaurants

Activities :
- Beaches, nautical activities during the season (sailing school)
- Parc du Fogeo with Tennis, mini Golfe games for children. . .
Discovery of the Golfe du Morbihan (Arzon, Sarzeau, St Gildas de Rhuys, Chateau de Suscinio)
- Discovery of the islands of the Golfe (Belle Ile en Mer, Ile aux Moines)

Transports :
- 5 min from the apartment there is a bus connecting the city of Vannes (SNCF railway station)
- Summer : Free Arzibus shuttle to Port Navalo to take the boats to the islands Remarks : 1st floor without lift.

- 1st floor without elevator.
- The cleaning is under the responsibility of the travelers. You can order the cleaning package from the concierge, to be paid on site: 45€ / stay
