Agence Cocoonr invites you to discover the natural beauty of the Golfe du Morbihan with our flat in the heart of the Breton Riviera.
Riviera, near the Port du Crouesty in Arzon, less than a kilometre from the beach, is a T3 flat decorated with care, very bright, in a residence with a shared swimming pool of 10x5m that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. You can walk to the port and all the shops. You can leave your car in the residence car park.

The accommodation comprises

- A 25 m² living room with TV and WiFi
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- A bathroom with shower and WC

Outside :

- A swimming pool (open from 15/04 to 15/09, heated) shared by the residence
- A balcony, a lovely terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs to make the most of the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Arzon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Independent arrival required:
Access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a secure Keycafe locker located at the back of the Cocoonr Presqu'île de Rhuys agency, around 20 minutes from the accommodation.

On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, who will be on hand to help you throughout your stay.
