The owner and host, Juan, spent time with us and showed us around the historic property. The next morning he drove ahead of us (we were on bikes) for half an hour to show us the best bike route to Santiago de Compestela.

Estimada Marta, lamento que su estancia con nosotros no haya sido satisfactoria. Las condiciones de hora de entrada estaban claramente definidas en la web de Expedia y su grupo; en cualquier caso si nos hubiese contactado con cierta antelación (cosa que no hizo) habríamos intentado buscar una solución como siempre hacemos; no obstante lamentamos profundamente su mala experiencia. Quedamos a su disposición para lo que necesite. Un saludo La dirección
