âI had booked a room for a engineer and due to flight delays he arrived 4 days later than planned.
The hotelstaff did not hesitate changing the stay to meet the flights even if the booking was done without possibility of refund.
My engineer have stayed here once last year and we did not hesitate to select this hotel for this visiit and we will for sure book rooms here next time we have business in Palau.â
âThe property, bungalow and view were all gorgeous and even better than the pictures showed. The breakfasts were delicious, and delivered to your door at your preferred time. Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Parking is at the base of a steep hill, but staff are available to transport you and luggage up to your bungalow. Would definitely stay here again. Perfection!â

âWe loved our stay at Sea Passion Hotel. The staff (especially the young ladies at reception) were always friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Our room was large, with two big, comfortable beds. The ocean view is a little spoilt by the main road, but when our shower wasnât getting hot on the first day this was fixed very quickly.

âThe driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately.
The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable.â
âCheck in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately. â

There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! Iâve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving Iâve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days
Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites arenât over run with touristsâ

âWas there only a day coming from a liveaboard trip so did not have chance to explore the entire property but the experience with the staff was superb. Extremely friendly and helpful from before earl checkin where we could leave baggage to getting a car for us and checkout later that night and delivery to the airport. The property needs an overhaul but the room was very comfortable. There are multiple opportunities for water relaxation but the pools need to be maintained better. I would stay...
