  • Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. This is a Corner Unit Condo with two Master Bedrooms. Your own private balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. 1 parking space is available, we recommend a COMPACT car per the parking space is at the end of the garage and very narrow.

    Towns Property Management, Inc. is a local company that has staff available 24/7. We are here to answer any questions you have and take care of any concerns. You receive detailed check-in instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to your arrival, however, someone is always available for you; we want to ensure your stay is exceptional.

    1 parking space for a COMPACT car is available, the parking space is at the end of the garage and very narrow.

Great location, very walkable

The condo was comfortable and clean and had a wonderful location. We enjoyed having the great deck to hang out on after a day of walking, or biking and seeing the sights.

Nice downtown property

Property is within walking distance of a lot Asheville has to offer. Can be noisy at night due to the proximity to bars and restaurants.

Perfect location, amazing patio

The parking was pretty challenging as others have noted, but because the location was so great we only took our car out a couple times over our 4 day stay. The patio is great, enjoyed it immensely in the evenings. Clean and comfortable!

Great Location

We enjoyed the condo and the location was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Asheville! If we didn't want to go to far there were a couple of restaurants/breweries right next door. The condo was clean, well kept, and the outdoor space was huge for a condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved This Place

Great location. We were able to walk straight down Biltmore Ave to great restaurants, shops, and art. Love the unit. Seems to be brand new. Very secure with access codes. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We used this as our base camp to see Biltmore and Chimney Rock. We loved being able to park the car in a gated, covered garage at the end of each day. We were able to walk to a different restaurant each evening, and to several breweries during our stay. The porch was where we all gathered upon our return each evening. Would stay again!

Great location. Nice place. If you are competent and capable of parking your car then you will be ok with the parking space. It is tight but we got in and out with our SUV ok. If you aren't good at parking or have a huge truck you may have problems.

The property was nice, comfortable, and clean. Very convenient to downtown. If you are planning to cook though, the kitchen has only the most basic pans and utensils, and only salt and pepper in the cupboard. You will need to bring everything else you need.
