Immerse yourself in a mountain paradise at Cool Stream Lodge! Featuring two separate homes, an in-ground pool with a barbecue pavilion, this estate tops the list of high-end vacation rentals in Western North Carolina. Able to accommodate large groups of people, Cool Stream Lodge offers the ideal location for get-togethers and family reunions.

Situated on a picture-perfect, six-acre property at the head of a valley, just below where the rocky creek rushes down the mountain, Cool Stream Lodge offers a compelling contrast of history and modern luxury. The impressive main home is anchored by a hand-hewn log cabin that has occupied the land since the early 1800's. With extensive renovations, the living space grew outward from the original cabin, creating a collaboration of rooms both cozy, with reclaimed wormy chestnut paneling, native stone, and chinked logs, and at the same time expansive, with vaulted ceilings, spacious gathering areas, and delightfully private sleeping quarters. The chef in your group will love the gourmet kitchen with granite counters, custom cabinetry, a gas range, and an adjoining living area, and everyone will love the perfect space for celebrating!

A separate modern log cabin also shares the estate, offering excellent accommodations for friends and family. With its own hot tub and private back deck, the cabin provides room to spread out and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and two spacious bedrooms. The best part? Incredible mountain views from the covered front porch, where you'll want to pull up a rocking chair and pass the day with good conversation.

When you stay at Cool Stream Lodge, new opportunities for adventure abound (but you might never want to leave the pool area!). Take a long walk down a country road, get together with the group for games in the field, and cool off with an afternoon swim. Discover natural beauty in every season: the vibrant foliage in the fall, the mountain charm of a winter wonderland, and during spring and summer, limitless activities from afternoon picnics to evening gatherings around the outdoor wood fireplace. Cool Stream Lodge offers you the rare opportunity to experience a slice of heaven in the Western North Carolina mountains! This Asheville vacation rental is located in East Asheville and is approximately 18 minutes to downtown Asheville.
