Located in a small quiet mountain subdivision, this 5BR/3.5BA getaway has it all - a large fenced yard perfect for kids or furbabies (NOTE: due to damage from Hurricane Helene, some of the fencing is down in the backyard), screened porch, 2 levels of porch/deck, hot tub, game room, chef’s kitchen, ample parking space and 5BR/3.5BA spread out over 4,600 square feet. Enjoy easy access to a plethora of outdoor adventures and the culture and cuisine of nearby Asheville. Working remotely? Enjoy fast, reliable WiFi and a private office space.
    LOCATION
    Conveniently located just south of Asheville, this home has everything you need to make you feel right at home - with NO remote roads to navigate! Only fifteen minutes to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, several local breweries including Sierra Nevada, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking with easy and quick access to I-40, I-240, and I-26 and the Blue Ridge Parkway which allows you to quickly get anywhere you want to go. Check out nearby towns like Hendersonville, Brevard and Black Mountain easily. This home is just minutes away from first class golfing, art museums, various hiking and biking trails, white water rafting and in the winter months go snow skiing and snowboarding at either Cataloochee Ski Resort in Maggie Valley, NC or Wolf Ridge Ski Resort in Mars Hill, NC.
    Uber and Lyft service is available in this area as well.

We had a delightful stay and were very comfortable in the house. Lots of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would recommend hair dryers be provided.

This well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for our family's stay. There was plenty of room to spread out and read, watch TV, play games, and relax. The location is excellent--close to the airport and to all that Asheville and the surrounding area have to offer. The hosts were gracious and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. We had one small issue which was resolved promptly. I highly recommend this property.

Pet friendly, large and spacious for large family, close to city and mountain hiking, waterfalls but quiet location. Hot tub was ok, it would have been nice to know how to clean it and last time it was sanitized, lots of ants in hot tub,( it is in a wooded area ) found a net in basement that was larger mesh but was able to get bugs out but no one felt comfortable going in tub because we didn’t know when it was last cleaned. That was a bummer because that was one of the amenities we used in picking home. Over all, the house was great, probably needs some maintenance on deck, to make it seem like the owner really invests in keeping it up. Again I am looking at it as a home owner, and personally, I would make sure the property looked richer and better maintained more so outside than inside. Hot tub looks like it’s seen better days but it just needs a little TLC, and better instructions and sanitation for the renter. Location Perfact, size Perfact for large family, kitchen amenities great, host was reliable , and reached out quickly when we asked questions. Recommend renting.

Something for everyone

Between the hot tub, the pool table and the many areas to relax and enjoy, we found plenty to keep us busy when we were not out and about. We looked for a place close to the airport while still being convenient to the wedding we attended in Asheville, and this fit both of those categories. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Great long weekend!

We stayed here for a family weekend trip to Asheville and it was a very convenient distance from downtown. The house had plenty of space for us to relax as well as a nice outdoor area to spend time. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away to the mountains and enjoy a weekend close to Asheville!

Family Gathering

Amazing property! The house was huge and great for a family with small kids like us. We had a maintenance issue during our stay and the property manager had it resolved within hours, which was incredible. The only thing to improve would be the backyard, which was pretty unkempt. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

The house was wonderful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the house was exactly as described. Good location as the house is about 15-20 minutes from everywhere we went. We will definitely be bookmarking this house for future stays!

Just what we needed

This property was just what we needed for our stay in Asheville. Very clean. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group. The downstairs area with the pool table and television was perfect for our adult children who stayed up later than us. The kitchen was very well supplied. Thanks for a great trip!

Weekend getaway - Recommend

This is a large house in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great time exploring the area as well as relaxing at the house. The house has room for a large group to spread out as well as room to get together for meals. It is clean and well taken care of with all the amenities you will need.

Great place for a family visit and close to Asheville!

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this property. It was exactly as the listing indicated. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had lots for dishes and cookware. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as playing pool. It is very close to Asheville as well as restaurants & grocery close. We have family in the area so would definitely stay again. Bonus was seeing the 2 mama turkeys and 9 babies in the back yard.

Fantastic place

Our group of friends had a fantastic time here, extremely close to Blue ridge pkwy, 15 minute drive to downtown. Tough to get an Uber from the house but was never too big of a deal. Backyard is fantastic as well.

This was one of the most convenient places to stay. There were 5 of us for most of our stay, with 3 people showing up just before my son's wedding. It had plenty of space for everyone. The pool table and fuseball table were hits for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The room was plenty big enough for multiple people to prep and cook.The rooms were big and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms were much bigger than anticipated.We loved the porch. It was a perfect place to close out the day. We took trips to see Chimney Rock, every apple farm off of RT46, Biltmore, downtown Asheville, Stone Ashe Vineyards, and lots of parks to walk our pets. Even the streets in the neighborhood gave us a good workout on our walks.It was a very enjoyable time for all of us.
