Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. Enjoy two Master Bedrooms and a private balcony with downtown and mountain views. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer; shopping, restaurants, breweries, and galleries. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway the location is one that is hard to beat. One parking space is available but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

This condominium is pet-friendly. There will be a $75 (plus tax) non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

Everything was lovely--clean and comfortable. The only small thing that you might mention is that the unit is on a very busy street, and also next to the elevator, which can be pretty noisy. But I would definitely use this company again.

Unit was great, well appointed and comfortable for 4. An easy walk to shops and restaurants. The parking space is very tight and there is quite a bit of street noise at night, use the sound machine provided in the primary bedroom.Definitely recommend.

Condo was clean and ready. Location excellent -downtown. Property management very easy to work with and timely in response to our needs. The heating is not even throughout rental. When warm in living area it was very very cool in our bedroom. Rental owner needs to fix rollers on bottom rack of dishwasher and lamp shades are not in good shape. Second bath shower drips. A repairman was sent but we weren’t expecting him and were leaving condo. Didn’t want him there while we were gone& sent him away. Nice VRBO-just needs a little fine tuning.

This place was amazing!!! I can't wait to stay here again. They were very communicative about check in. The condo is in a great location between restaurants and also near The Orange Peel (Music). Very secure building, which is nice. But, no issues at all. Clean, well stocked, and great porch w/flat top foreman grill. Only issue I had, this is a 2BR/2BA Condo with a pullout couch. Not 3BR, 1BA, as stated. But, that didnt matter...Place is awesome!!!!

Good location. Lots of street noise from traffic, but not a problem inside with closed doors. Very clean, accommodated three adults nicely. Sofa wasn't very comfortable for sitting, but that was a minor detail.

Great location for a leisurely stay in Asheville. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, washer/dryer very convenient. Easy access to several restaurants and coffee shops, food co-op for groceries, breweries. Parking included. The hosts were amazing, before and during. Very good communication! Check in and check out super simple! We had a great time here.

The location is tremendous and the property is nicely appointed. The management team is very responsive and the amenities were very nice. While I said it’s a great location the condo does front on Biltmore Avenue and the road noise is pretty rough. Bring earplugs for sleeping and close the blinds to block the street lights.

Partially pleased.

The unit was nice and clean and close proximity to downtown. But it was advertised as stunning city views, which it did not have, at least from our level. It did have a westward view of the mountains from the end of the balcony. Our complaint is that the traffic noise level while on the balcony (not from inside) prevented us from enjoying the balcony.

Nice condo, great location

Only stayed one night, and this condo was perfect. In town for a concert, and was able to walk to the venue as well as restaurants, breweries, and downtown (Wall St, etc). Excellent value. Loved this place and will try to book again.

Went to Biltmore. Thoroughly enjoyed the estate. Had fun at the breweries in Asheville. Able to walk to them from our condo. Liked the two br and two bath. Would stay there again

Great spot in beautiful Ashville!

This was a beautiful, clean, centrally-located condo in downtown Ashville. Parking was convenient and restaurants, breweries, and shops were all within a few blocks. We will be back!
