Stora fönster inbjuder gott om naturligt solljus. Köket öppnar sig direkt i vardagsrummet; njut av dina måltider i köksbaren eller vid matbordet (plats 4).

    Bäst av allt - gå ut ur dörren till byggnaden och du är i hjärtat av downtown Asheville och det är många prisbelönta restauranger, provsmakning rum, boutiquer och gallerier. Du kan gå på dagar utan att använda din bil.

    Om du uppmanas att utforska längre bort, hoppa i din bil - det är bara en kort fem minuters bilresa till den vackra Biltmore Estate, Biltmore Village eller Blue Ridge Mountain spår.

Mary was super accommodating for a very last minute trip and the place was exactly as advertised. Location is good, condo is very well appointed, and the garage was a huge bonus for us.

Great property! I would stay there again. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Property was clean. Security strong. Location was great too - never had to get in our car. Quick walk to downtown area.

Great condo in central Asheville

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, central, and secure. We were walking distance from everything in downtown. Communication with host was great and she invited us to check in a little early since the cleaning crew was done ahead of schedule on our arrival day. Would definitely stay here again!

Short but pleasant

Property is very nice and convenient to downtown activities. This was just a one night trip but the apartment significantly added to our enjoyment. No complaints.

We loved how clean and secure that the condo was. We really enjoyed having a parking place included with the rental. We would have liked to have darker blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. It was really bright with the street light shining in the windows at night. We did have trouble with the dryer (it could have been operator error). We loved being able to walk to the downtown restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Walk to everything

This was a perfect condo. Very close to everything. One thing was it was a little loud which she did tell us about and they provided us with white noise machines which made it better. We were able to deal with it as we like noise to sleep, but I know some people don’t. One thing we missed having in the kitchen was Wine glasses, I’m a wine snob and like drinking them out of a wine glass. Other than that it was a perfect trip.

Modern condo in downtown Asheville

The modern condo in downtown Asheville was centrally located, large and nicely furnished. The homeless guys in the doorways street noise (abated byre noise machines) were not so nice. The absence of wine glasses,, laundry detergent and Klee ex was evidence of a host who needed to be a little more generous.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

Like other reviews, the apartment complex is located across from the bus station. There seems to be a large homeless population that loiters at the bus station/around the proximity of the apartment complex. That being said, at no point during our stay did we feel our safety was compromised. The building is locked, both at the front door and the garage and during the day there is an attendant at the front desk. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed with a full kitchen. The balcony does face the bus station, but at no point was it extremely loud. Sound machines were provided in each of the bedrooms. Walkable to the "south slope" by 5 mins where many of the breweries are as well as very close to downtown. We did not need the car at any point during our stay. Mary was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

What a perfect location and wonderful condo! I go to Asheville pretty regularly and was tired of hotels being more expensive and not having the basics. Mary's place is perfect! It only took one walk to realize that yes, it really IS in the middle of everything. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The beds are really comfortable, and the shower is great too. Can't wait to go back!

Easy walk

Mary was very responsive to questions we had about the wifi (it seemed to be better in the morning and not as great at night). The building feels safe and secure. As other reviewers have stated, the porch overlooks the bus depot. But, it also has views of the orange peels Rabbit Rabbit venue, which was great for us because Jason Isbell played one night and it was like being at the concert (over by 10pm). Noise wasn’t a problem for us and there are sound machines provided if you need them. Very clean and easy walkability into downtown.

We loved our stay. Clean, spacious, great location. Definitely lots of hustle and bustle in the area, but the white noise machines were a nice touch.
