A great property and location

The property is private and comfortable. The bed is quality and you'll sleep well. The kitchenette is stocked with goodies to get you started like coffee and a good tea selection. TV and couch make for a good way to unwind after a day exploring Asheville. The host is amazing and friendly. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Perfect location, cozy little haven

We were greeted by our friendly host Ashima upon arrival who provided a quick orientation. The lodging is in the lower level walk-out, with plenty of good light. Ideally located in Montford, easily walkable to downtown. Highly recommended.

Hidden gem in Montford

Perfect little place for a single traveler or couple. Great location, quaint historic neighborhood convenient to downtown -walk, bike or drive. Host was very helpful and answered questions thoughtfully and quickly. Comfortable and clean. Reasonably priced. Would stay here again! Conveniently located to downtown Asheville and stellar restaurants right in the neighborhood, the cozy hideaway provides convenient access to the Biltmore House, the North Carolina Arboretum, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the River Arts District, bakeries, and breweries. Perfect Location

This cozy place is in a beautiful old Victorian neighborhood. We enjoyed walking past the homes, admiring the beautiful architecture and craftsmanship. Our hostess was so warm and welcoming. The restaurants she recommended were all within walking distance and were top rated. The room was everything we hoped it would be. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little place in Montford neighborhood

This is a lovely place to stay in walkable Montford, just off of downtown Asheville (which you can also walk or bus to). The owner was very nice and responsive to us, helping out with suggestions for places to eat in the area. Lovely little back porch and yard. Grocery stores and great restaurants are close, including one of the best meals we've ever had just up the street at Tall John's. We would stay here again without hesitation. In fact, we're already planning to.
