This condo is nothing short of INCREDIBLE!!! Impeccably clean, well appointed and very comfortable, this place was SPECTACULAR! The location was superb being easily walkable to so many shops, restaurants, galleries and more! Highly recommend this condo for your stay in Asheville!

Amazing

Beautiful condo with great views. The big sliding window that opens is really cool. Nice location in downtown that is within walking distance to tons of restaurants, breweries, shops, etc. Communication with property management was excellent; they provided perfect information for check-in and check-out. We had zero issues and loved our stay!

Endless Sunset lives up to it’s name

Despite the high frequency of our visits to Asheville, surprisingly, we had yet to stay in downtown, so we made it a top priority to make it happen this time around. So glad that we did because two weeks after checking out, I’m still smiling from our wonderful stay at the Endless Sunset Retreat. The title says it all. The views are absolutely amazing and the sunsets over the Blue Ridge Mountains were breathtaking. Everything within the condo was meticulously maintained and in pristine condition. We had everything we needed, plus, the staff was so kind and helpful. Furthermore, the location was excellent and everything was within walking distance. Suffice it to say, Endless Sunset has won our hearts and will be our top choice the next time we stay in downtown Asheville again.

Light sleepers might not enjoy the location. The street noise at night on Saturday was loud. Otherwise a great rental and we loved the ability to walk to restaurants etc.

A beautiful view!

We had a lovely time. The Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. The property manager was very helpful, and the hotel staff was a delight. The valet parking was efficient and prompt in delivering our car when we needed it. The glass walls in the room made for a spectacular view! We would highly recommend this VRB0 for your stay in Asheville.

Arras vacation rentals are an oasis in the heart of downtown Asheville. Beautiful views from the 10th floor with floor to ceiling glass. Nice furnishings. A great staff at Arras. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous place - Recommended!

The place was absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and staffed by an A+ team who was genuinely caring, efficient, and helpful. We would stay here again and highly recommend it. Our only discomfort was the fact that the check-in time is a little on the later side (4pm) and the check-out time early than we're used to (10am). They will accommodate changes to those times for a fee, but it just felt a bit stressful at that price to have our stay squeezed into a 4pm-10am window. Other than that, our experience was a 10 out of 10.

Fantastic Apartment in the Heart of Downtown Asheville

Amazing vacation rental

This is a corner unit with breathtaking views of the mountains, and is located in the best part of downtown Asheville. We came to celebrate my birthday and enjoyed the experience immensely. The management company is exceptionally organized and provides everything you need to have a great experience.

Heavenly Views!

The views were undeniably some of the best we have experienced. Ten floors up, no buildings obstructing your view of the mountains on two sides.....absolutely Heavenly! The condo was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. It is located in the heart of Asheville which made it convenient to walking the city; driving to the Biltmore took just a few minutes; and hiking in the mountains was 30-45 minutes away. Don't miss the Farmer's Market on Brevard Street which is open six days per week.....fabulous!

Asheville getaway

Great property for stay in Asheville. Location was perfect to get to all the best/popular restaurants, shopping and breweries in downtown Asheville. Had everything in unit we needed for a 3 night stay. View from unit was unbelievable! Will definitely be back.

Great place, comfortable, wonderful views and location. BUT: there was very little silverware; despite 10th floor location, sirens and construction noise in the morning woke us a few times; valet parking was a bit of a hassle even though the valets were very nice, and there's no free option for self-parking.

Spectacular views just steps from the food and music scene

Beautiful condo/hotel unit on a high floor in the new Kimpton Arras hotel. The property managers Caitlyn and Bonnie made us feel right at home and took care of our every need. The hotel’s bar, restaurant and gym were great and nice to have in the building. The location is a bullseye for Asheville’s huge music, galleries, food and craft beer/cocktails scene. Literally scores of choices within walking distance.
