House was clean and had a great view, but no check-in instructions/code or wifi info available, had to contact host. House was difficult to find, because mailbox is on a separate street and house itself isn’t numbered. No directions provided to help, either. Not enough dishes for us to eat more than one meal without having to wash everything and no dish detergent. Very, very basic. As hosts ourselves, was a frustrating experience.

Great place

Had a good stay, but didn't appreciate having to reach out after the check-in time to get info needed to actually access the home, and then there was zero communication after that. But all in all was still a very nice place and would stay again.

Host was very promte in communication, house was clean....the mattresses were pretty soft and a little uncomfortable...we did not have heat first night..and no extra blankets, the house was hard to locate. the address number 5 needs to be visible. The host helped us with the heat.

The beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, the location was ideal for our needs, and communication with the host was quick and easy. We enjoyed the residential area, and it was also close to a grocery store, some restaurants, a coffee shop, and an outlet mall, which was convenient. For the most part, the property was very clean, but we mopped the floors again because they were a bit dirty, and it was very helpful to have a swiffer and swiffer rags provided in the space. The washer and dryer were very convenient and had detergent provided. The property was advertised having three bathrooms, but there were only two bathrooms usable by guests. I believe the property actually does have three bathrooms, but the third bathroom was reached by an external door leading to a basement area that was all under construction, and the bathroom was also undergoing renovation, so it was not usable and should not be listed as one of the property amenities. That being said, the overall stay was excellent.
