Even better than I was expecting. Modern, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. This unit is steps from the french broad river path for great dog walks and runs. Quiet and relaxing area of town and just 5 minutes from downtown or west asheville. Walking distance to many breweries and the RAD district.

Perfect for a getaway with your spouse

We enjoyed staying here. It is a walk from New Belgium and a 5 minute drive to anywhere in Asheville. Will stay again.

Excellent spot to call home during your visit

This place is perfectly located, reasonably priced and quite nice for your visit to Asheville. Highly recommend. I will be staying here again.

Fun in Ashville

This property was perfect for our stay in Ashville. It is a great location within walking distance of the French Broad, Art District, breweries and more. Our unit was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Loved our trip!

Amazing Asheville find!

We extended our stay in Asheville and quickly booked this little gem. Music + food trucks were right across the road for a fun evening at New Belgium, clean and spacious room for two with all of the accommodations of home. Highly recommend and we are hoping to come back in the near future!

This property was beautiful! Just as described in the listing. A convenient 7 minutes from everything we wanted to do downtown! We had a great time for my birthday getaway! We will definitely be back.

Very Spacious and comfortable

I was very impressed with this place. The Mount Mitchell room felt really big for a studio. It was clean, nicely decorated, well-lit, plus the bed and couch were both so comfortable it made it hard to leave. Thanks for the chocolates and coffee too we appreciated it! We would definitely want to stay here again.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable

Walkable or within 15 minutes of anywhere you may want to go in Asheville. The location is fantastic, and right across the street from the New Belgium Brewery and river walk. The space was very clean and well-kept. Very comfortable bedding!

Clean, easy rental

We had a nice trip to Asheville. This apartment was excellent for our needs. Close to town, restaurants and Biltmore Estate. It was clean and nicely furnished. And thank you for the extra amenities (water, peanuts, coffee, etc!).

Perfect stay in Asheville

Property was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. The host was great about responding quickly to anything we needed. Comfortable bed nice bathroom with good towels, soap, etc. nice touch to have locally roasted coffee and chocolates from a local shop. Great beer and food within walking distance and the RAD is fantastic.

Great, but with a caveat

We loved this apartment; awesome location, clean, comfy, everything was as listed. The only drawback was the HVAC noise. Earplugs are a must for sleeping.
