  • Stunning southside city views, outdoor space, private elevator, and contemporary design in this new-build, super-convenient townhome in downtown south slope Asheville. This 3-bedroom townhome features 3 king bedrooms. The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 1 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property itself was top shelf with ample bedrooms, comfortable living areas and fully equipped kitchen. It was centrally located in an great area with restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. The property was so comfortable and stellar clean that we even decided to stay in a couple of nights instead of going out. Gold star!

Great Location

The place was beautiful and a great location to walk and enjoy downtown Asheville. We loved our weekend and the location made all the different. Definitely would stay here again.

Asheville Half Marathon visit

The property was close to the start line of the race and walkable to restaurants and breweries and shopping. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location for all things Asheville!

The property was spotless, comfortable beds, and a great location. Just a short walk from all of the breweries and wonderful restaurants, 10 minute drive to Biltmore and other attractions. We will definitely stay here again!!

Excellent place to stay!

This was truly a beautiful place to stay! Great layout, plenty of space for all of us, and the elevator was a plus! Easy access to many different things to do in Asheville…downtown, grove arcade, River arts district and much more! Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!

Great Location

The town home was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. No noise. Beds were very good. The location was perfect -- much better than we had known. Close to some good restaurants and breweries. Very easy to get to Biltmore Estates from our location. Really appreciated the elevator. We were there with two other couples, so the 3 bedrooms, 3 baths worked perfectly. Would definitely stay again.

Brand New Gorgeous Townhouse

My girlfriends and I spent the weekend here. The place is beautiful, very well appointed and clean. The decor is gorgeous and the bedding was very soft and comfortable. It’s in a great location walkable you breweries and restaurants in the South Slope. We will definitely rent this place again.

Perfect urban getaway.

This space was exactly what my family group needed for our stay in Asheville. The location could not have been better for tours of Biltmore and experiencing the downtown culture and cuisine. The condo is spacious with ample off-street parking. It is exactly as represented, and the check-in process was simple and efficient. I highly recommend this option for a stay in Asheville.

Super clean, completely updated, all King beds so comfortable. A great space to stay with our kids and spouses. We were a 5 min walk to Funkatorium, Bears Snokehouse, Green Man, Catawba and Hi Wire. The discounted tickets to the Biltmore just finished off a perfect stay.

Great condo with a excellent location.

Perfect stay at this property, I especially liked the location due to its walking proximity to about 20 breweries! Check in and check out was flawless and the soap, coffee pods, toilet paper, etc that was provided with the house was very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Next time I’d make it a point to use the great balcony/sitting area on the top floor.
