    Nestled in the heart of vibrant downtown Asheville, this 1BR/1.5BA apartment boasts a prime location just 2 blocks from iconic Pack Square. Walk to restaurants, galleries, shops, museums, and theaters, then return home to relax on your large private balcony with loungers, bistro tables, and a shade umbrella. High ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed brick, and skylights give the space a sophisticated charm. The open living area includes a 46' TV with DVD player, a plush sofa that converts to a queen sleeper, and two armchairs for extra seating. The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side fridge and gas range, and a kitchen island with a double sink and seating for four. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four. The bedroom sleeps two on a king bed with hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV, built-in surround sound, and direct balcony access. Together with the sleeper sofa in the living room, the apartment accommodates up to four guests. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a half bath each provide a starter supply of toiletries. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and cable TV. Metered street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with paid garage parking nearby. Please note this second-floor unit is only accessible via a steep flight of stairs. For larger groups, consider renting the three additional apartments in the same building. Located in the middle of downtown Asheville, you’re steps from specialty wine and chocolate shops, Pack Square, and the Urban Trail—a 1.7-mile walking tour of the city’s art and history. The Biltmore Estate is a 10-minute drive, while the Blue Ridge Mountains and Pisgah National Forest are less than 30 minutes away, offering endless outdoor adventures and breathtaking Appalachian scenery. Whether you’re exploring Asheville’s culture or relaxing on your balcony, this apartment is the perfect downtown retreat.

This loft is perfect for a couple staying several nights. We loved the high ceilings, exposed brick, spacious balcony, and 1 1/2 bath layout. Property was very clean and Vacasa was easy to work with.

The apartment was very well appointed. It did not have a coffee maker only a Keurig . that’s the only thing I wish I had known ahead of time. we had a few very small problems but I called and they came immediately to take care of them. it was very secure, conveniently located and we were able to secure street parking although the parking garage was close and the directions were very clear. I would love to stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

We loved this house! Beautiful neighborhood! The only downfall would be the lack of shower in the downstairs suite. It was a tub with a handheld shower head with no curtain. Not a huge deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful, remote and beautiful!

The home was lovely. Communication with property was great. We used the day passes to use the pool and mini golf, so nice! It was kind of far for anything to do, but if you're looking to hike and be with nature, it's great.
