Denna avskilda men underbart bekvämt hem gör för en bra bas att se allt som Asheville och västra North Carolina har att erbjuda.

Inom en lätt 15 minuters bilresa till Biltmore Estate, Downtown Asheville och Blue Ridge Parkway gör det här huset det lätt att komma någonstans du vill ha i Asheville-området.

Detta är en byggare personliga hem med någon kostnad skonas i bygg- och avsluta uppgifter.

Njut av den rymliga 3300 kvadratfot hem med 4 sovrum 3. 5 bad på över 2 hektar av privata skäl som innehåller en damm, vattenfall, badmitton domstol, hästsko område och eldstaden för att njuta av. Nära till allt men du kommer att känna lugn och ro i västra North Carolina Mountains.

Vi älskar hundar och kan lätt rymma upp till 2 hundar för att komma och njuta av bergen - och inkludera två stora inomhuslådor om det behövs.

Det finns en k-cup kaffemaskin med ett lager av Caribou Coffee, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, grill, uteplats på övre däck, utomhus kontor om du behöver arbeta under dina resor och gung uteplats bänkar på framsidan och baksidan.
Hela huset var målade i år med 2 helt nya fönster till köket för en ljusare bergs känsla.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed and more. A beautiful fireplace with lots of wood, a hot tub, games, air hockey and ping pong table made it a fun place for all to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked, great smelling soap by all the sinks, all the nice touches of home. The house was clean and Yanna made us feel welcome!

We celebrated Thanksgiving at Yana’s with family between 2-70 years old. The house was wonderful and had something for everyone to enjoy. The house is laid out beautifully with spaces to gather and also spread out as desired. It was well stocked for cooking. There was plentiful firewood and blankets for the cool nights. The view from the deck is beautiful and relaxing! It is an oasis that is a short trip to town - 15 minutes and we easily went in and out of town almost every day to do activities. Yana was very kind and communicative. Highly recommend!

What a great home and great time we had! Our host,Yana, was fantastic! The home was beautiful, spacious, comfy and cozy, and we didn’t want to leave. We had beautiful views of the fall leaves from inside and outside on the beautiful deck. This is the best family get together we have had. I would definitely recommend this beautiful mountain retreat home to anyone.

What a beautiful property in am amazing location! This is the perfect spot to be a little out of touch (No cell service, but the WiFi is strong) but know 15 minutes to downtown Asheville. The owners we great to work with very easy to contact, very friendly. We loved the property so much, we are planning another stay this fall.

Perfect family reunion house

We had a wonderful stay here for our annual trip with extended family. The house was spacious and roomy for family fun and conversations. The beds were extremely comfortable and amenities were amazing. We enjoyed the beautiful scenic views from the decks, pool table, ping pong, and air hockey. We were so close to downtown Asheville, great location!

Excellent Mountain Retreat Close to Asheville

We greatly enjoyed this home during a long weekend trip for spring break. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the various amenities, including the air hockey table, the ping pong table that converts to a pool table, the large outdoor deck, and especially the hot tub! The house is a 15-20 minute drive to Asheville and 30 minutes from a great hike at Catawba River Falls. Yana is a terrific host and an excellent communicator. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay.

A perfect way to start the new year

From beginning to end this little hideaway was perfect. The beds were comfortable and cozy, fireplaces well stocked and everything was incredibly clean. Yana went above and beyond helping us get an additional topper for my sister who has a bad back. This cabin is meant for a good time with games on every floor and in every room! Well worth the price and an excellent experience!

Fun Thanksgiving

Stayed with our family of five, including 3 boys and our dogs and my mom and brother for Thanksgiving, and we all loved the house! It was very comfortable for all of us and we loved the games and hot tub, and it was within a short distance to the Biltmore which we really enjoyed with all of the Christmas decorations. The host was very helpful and I would definitely recommend the house to anyone considering a tirp up to the mountains!

Fabulous Home

Our family wanted to be able to spend a week together in the mountains. This home was just right for us! It was conveniently located to the Nature Center, a tennis/pickleball park and many breweries that had children's activities. There are so many things to do in Asheville that there's something for everyone's interests. The home is beautifully appointed and was wonderful for our group of 5 adults and 4 children to have plenty of space. The outdoor fire table and eating areas were fun to use. The downstairs pool table and foosball were a big hit. The different bed configurations in the bedrooms accommodated all of us. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. I would be happy to return to this lovely home.

The Perfect Place!

This beautiful comfortable home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house was impeccably clean and very well appointed! My husband and I love to travel with our adult kids and granddaughters but finding a place to suit us all comfortably can be challenging- but this was such a wonderful find. The main bedroom suite gave us a retreat, our son with no kids had a private suite with bath and the downstairs was like a getaway within the spacious house for our daughter and her family. Our two granddaughters adored “their space” and played air hockey endlessly! They also thoroughly enjoyed their hot tub time! We all sat outside on the comfortable porch for Happy Hour and around the big table in the covered porch for coffee/morning time. Yana was a communicative host who paid attention to every detail to make us feel at home and comfortable. We felt away from it all on the mountain but we were only minutes away from great breweries and the fun of downtown. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Ideal Family Getaway

This home is absolutely beautiful! We were looking for a place to have some family time and we found it! Only a short drive from the Asheville airport. With several grocery stores and restaurants nearby! We were able to get to Downtown Asheville in about 20 minutes. We went to St Lawrence Basilica, Tupelo Honey, 12 Bones Smokehouse, Wicked Weed Brewery, Sunshine Sammies, Grove Park Inn, Chimney Rock State Park, Sierra Nevada Brewery, Nature Center, White Duck Taco, Rocket Fizz Candy Shop, and completed an E Bike tour with the Flying Bike Company. I'd recommend all stops! The house itself is just gorgeous. Everyone kept saying how nice it was. Extremely clean and well appointed with comfortable beds, linens, porch furniture, well stocked kitchen and an enormous selection of family activities. We enjoyed the horseshoes, cornholing and fire pit outback. Inside the game room was tons of fun. I believe we played everything, ping pong, billiards air hockey. Our personal favorite was the wall painted as a chalk board. Even my 18 month old granddaughter could reach to scribble. Pictionary was definitely a highlight. The home had numerous books and toys for my granddaughter in addition to a crib and Bumbo booster seat. Definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Although we didn't see any wildlife on the property other than a rabbit, we did see a black bear three times just a mile down the road. A thrill for all of us! The host, Yana, was very attentive and easy to reach.

Family Vacation

The property was lovely and perfect for our family - 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Very clean. Lots of things to do: ping pong, pool, jigsaw puzzles, hot tub, corn hole, horseshoes. Host was extremely accommodating and very responsive before and during our stay. The only questionable thing was booking. The price changed three times within 5 minutes as I was trying to book our stay. Was this VRBO?

Siblings visit the Biltmore and more

Loved the home and location. Driveway is very steep but it was part of our adventure. Very cool for April and the signs told us both indoor fireplaces were closed for the season. We would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable and we all had plenty of privacy. Wish we had been able to stay longer. Thank you
