There’s also a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the nearest station. I highly 100% recommend it!”

“アメニティでヘッドブラシがなかった。バスなどの案内について、スタッフごとに内容がちがっていた。連泊なので部屋のそうじをパスしたが、タオルなどの供給がなかった。コーヒーのセットがあるが、ミネラルウオーターの提供がないので、飲みものを買いたくてもホテル内に自販機なし、夜中に近くのコンビニに買いにいきました。節約志向なのはわかるが、客の目線にあわせたサービスをしてほしい。”

“Property was amazing. Staff was kind enough to accommodate my request for a private onsen room. Which I should have booked initially but didn't realize was an option. Shuttle bus stop at the front door will take you to various ski resorts in the area. Staff is excellent, helpful, kind. Restaurant is great! Had use of a ski locker as well. Full locker, not just a place to hang skus and poles. ”

The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! ”
