“We booked this place for the kids team traveling from MN. The pool was closed and under maintenance throughout our stay. Hotel staff kept reminding that kids were loud and one of the guest even yelled at our kids. We will check ahead of time before booking, if hotel is not ready by the labor day we will not book this location in the future.”

“We had a wonderful stay during orientation. The bar/restaurant were also delicious for dinner because we were tired from a long day and didn’t want to go back out. Will definitely return!”

“The hotel is very beautiful, and the check‑in process was fairly quick. However, the room did not meet expectations: there was a lot of mold in the shower, dirty stains on the floor, and the windows were extremely dirty. The cleanliness of the room needs urgent improvement.”

“No pool! Even though it is listen in the description the pool has been broken for years & the guy at the front desk said “there have been lots of people very upset to find out the pool is broken”. The room was somewhat clean, but the towels smelled like dirty feet & the fridge in our room was broken. There is NO pool/NO spa.”

“The bed was comfy but the TV didn’t work. There was a dead bug stuck to the bulletin board behind a piece of paper with hotel information. Not a huge deal, especially since we didn’t see it until we were packing up to leave.”
