Wake up to stunning views of Lake Erie and the peaceful sounds of waves crashing ashore. Enjoy direct lake access and incredible sunsets around the fire pit with your family and friends. Your lakefront oasis is the perfect spot to unwind, just 4 miles from the GOTL strip. You'll find two master suites, each with private bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, an extra-large screened-in porch, a grill, a fire pit, and a lawn at the water's edge. Let Oakwood Beach take your worries away!

The Space:

This 5 bedroom, 6 bed, 3 bathroom house is the perfect place for a large group to gather. Sleeps 10 and is the perfect place for a laid-back group of friends, couples, or a family looking to explore Geneva-on-the-Lake.



The enormous and luxurious screened-in private porch with gas fireplace is perfect for relaxing and drinking in the views while also sipping your morning coffee or a delicious glass (bottle?) of wine to watch the sunset.



Full Kitchen with Most Major Appliances + Stocked with All the Cookware, Glassware, Plates, + Utensils You May Need.

Coffee, Tea, Sugar, + Creamer Provided.

Grill + Utensils for Grilling.



All clean Linens Will Be Prepared For You Including Bedding, Kitchen, Bath Towels, + Extra Blankets.

Shampoo, Conditioner, + Body Wash Provided.

You have your own yard overlooking Lake Erie, but note, our neighbors are close, so please keep your guest to our yard only and noise to a minimum during quiet hours. (11pm - 8am). So feel free to explore! But please be conscious and respectful of other neighbors and their pets.



Guest Access:

Keyless entry. No stairs to get inside house. 4 bedrooms on ground floor, including a master suite and main master suite is upstairs. Entire Home, Personal fire-pit and HUGE screened in porch over looking Lake Erie.



Other Things to Note:

Parking available for 2 cars in front of garages, and 2 more spaces to the right of them. 4 cars total can fit on our property on both driveways.



There is NO garage access available.



No Beach Access



Early Check in & Late Check out: At this time we cannot accommodate late checkouts or early check ins due to the time it takes to prepare the house for the next guests. Thank you for understanding! We do offer bag drop option if you need it!



There are cameras outside at the home entrances for security purposes.

We very much enjoyed our stay! We loved sitting by the fire in the evening and the awesome lake and sunset views! The covered porch is amazing and was great to sit and have morning coffee. The host was very responsive and attended to our needs. The only down side is if you have more than two couples the bedroom situation could be a bit unfair. The upstairs bedroom (aka the entire floor) is far and away the best room. There is another nice master on the first floor but the other two bedrooms are very small in addition to the office with a day bed as pictured.

Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay at Oakwood Beach and the Ashtabula area. Quiet location, spectacular lake views and very close to all the activities that interested us. The house was perfect for each family member, very clean, well stocked and spacious! Magnificent bald eagles soaring over the lake fishing in early morning was the perfect ending to our trip! Mark is an exceptional host, replying promptly to our questions and needs daily.

We love love love this place. There were many upgrades from last years girls week, from fixing the screened in porch, the new furniture and best was making access to the water. Mark and the staff are so nice and friendly, I can’t say enough how wonderful they are…My Aunt has said this has become our home away from home!!! Can’t wait, we will be booking our 2026 week soon!!

Guardian Girls Getaway

We had a wonderful girl's trip at this location. It was so perfect for the 5 of us. The location, right on the water, was ideal. We had a fire and made smores in the firepit. The view was unbelievable. The house spotless and stocked with anything we might need. Great location for visiting wineries. Mark was quick to respond, although we had no issues. Would highly recommend!!!!

Perfect House, Perfect Location

This house is so comfortable, clean, and well equipped for a large family. We made use of the incredible porch, fireplace, fire pit and both large tables for board games and meals. The state park and many wineries are nearby. Bring your pickleball net to use 2 marked courts in the GOTL town area.

Great last minute booking

Stayed in area over Easter weekend. Wish the weather was better to utilize all the amenities. Screen in porch was awesome. Outside area need a little cleaned up from the winter season. Lots a room for the whole family. Would love to go back with couples to enjoy the winery's. Host did a great job communicating.

Fun, spacious, clean home with a cute personality!

This home was the perfect blend of excellent location, quaint backyard with firepit, beautiful lake view, spacious rooms filled with fun decor that reflected a beach home vibe, fun pieces of furniture throughout the home that made you smile...yet had whispers of modern to it such as the kitchen (which was nicely stocked with cookware, utensils, etc), upstairs shower and the convenience of the washer and dryer. It was simply a fun, clean place to stay and relax. Our host went above and beyond by checking in on us during our stay, and helping us navigate through 24" of snowfall in 24 hours. We will definitely be returning to this location and are actually looking at staying at one of his other locations!

Oakwood Beach Property 6209 Lake Road West

We had a great time, at a great place. Would recommend this place. There was a couple of little problems. First, the screen door on the porch was torn and broken. Second, ,the entrance had broken bricks and a hole. Third, nothing was handicap accessible . Tammy Roshon

Amazing view

Making memories on our family girls week was amazing. The screened in porch and fire pit on the patio was awesome. The view was breathtaking!! Having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor for our moms worked out great. The only thing was I wished the master suite had hand rails in the shower for them but we made it work. There was a bad storm prior to our arrival and the security code didn’t work, but the issue was rectified with in minutes. They were great and very apologetic for the issue. I would recommend anyone to stay and will hopefully be back next year…

My sisters and I had an amazing time at Oakwood! It was very clean, beautiful, and close to everything we wanted to do! The outdoor patio was so perfect to watch beautiful sunsets. We loved sitting in the enclosed porch to have our morning coffee or wind down the day with a glass of wine. Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful place to stay while enjoying Ashtabula and Geneva on the Lake (and an eclipse).

Oakwood Beach is so comfortable you won't want to leave. The view of the lake dominates the house and can be enjoyed both inside and out. Close to so many activities, spotlessly clean, nice mix of old and new furniture, well-stocked kitchen, many places to sit and relax with a good book or to enjoy a private moment. Our hosts reached out to be sure we had everything we needed. We are so glad we chose this property for our total solar eclipse experience.

Family Meet Up

Beautiful large lakefront home with ample space for our 5 adults & 4 children. Stocked with more than enough essentials. The screened in porch was our favorite hangout. Comfy beds & great bathrooms. Mark checked-in with us to guarantee we had all we needed. Highly recommended property!

Near everything at Geneva on the lake. Interesting house. Great screened in back porch. Several little places to relax and read a book. Great view of the water from the screened in porch. Some cool antiques in the house. Massive upstairs master.
