“Fantastiskt boende på Thurnham Hall. Stora sviter med full köksutrustning, två stora badrum och skön riktig dubbelsäng. Ligger väldigt lantligt men man kan göra dagsutflykter till intressanta platser i regionen.”

“Mycket bra service, rummet var medelstort men rymligt. Förvånad över att vattentrycket i dusch och kran i badrummet var riktigt bra. Bra frukost som dom utlovat på i annons. Rent och fräscht. Trevlig personal från portier till städpersonal. Fin bar med ett skapligt utbud på dryck. Hiss finns. Handikappvänlig entré. Hotellet ligger ett par minuters promenad till Blackpool Tower och citykärnan för shopping och nöje. Enda riktiga minuset var nyckelkorten som raderades så fort dom kom i närheten...

You get your table in the dining room which is yours for the duration and also your table in the cabaret bar which i thought was fab especially when there are six of you All staff were lovely and accomodating, breakfast and dinner was lovely along with the entertainment which was amazing, great weekend will definitely be back”

“Delightful managers and staff, ready and eager to help. The room (3) itself was beautiful and cosy. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedsheets smelled lovely. The shower was amazing, the bathroom gorgeous. The general decor of the room and bathroom were lovely. I would definitely stay here again! Unfortunately I didn’t have time (I was working) to sample the food, but I definitely will next time! If you have accessibility needs, let them know way ahead of time as most of the rooms are...

“Firstly, the location was great. The Stork is near the M6 and minutes away from downtown Lancaster, yet you feel like you are in the country. We enjoyed a last minute stay at the Stork and feel as though we had found a hidden gem. If the rooms aren't brand new, they certainly appear so. We also had a gastropub style meal at night and a complimentary full English bteakfast in the morning. Both meals were very good. We were most impressed by the staff; all of whom were very friendly, professional...

“The Royal presents itself impeccably. It has quality everywhere you look. Our room was immaculate and food quality didn’t let us down. However, our experience at breakfast was a little disappointing as everything was being cleared away before we had finished eating!! And our charges to the room were taken from my credit card without any prior consultation. Still waiting for an email of my bill which was promised? All just seemed a bit unprofessional?”
