“Brs sängar och stora rum. Men på 5 dagar såg vi inte till en enda städerska. Medioker frukost. Mycker kvalitetsbrister på dörrar, AC, bl a hög ljud.”

“The only thing this place had was a comfortable bed. Customer service was non existent. Waited 5 minutes for someone to show up to the desk. No bell to ring. When asked where I could park he pointed to the front area. When I got to my room I found out the was parking in the back closer to my room and stairs. Get in the room and the fridge was filthy! Left over used butter stick. Splatter of who knows what inside. Tried to call the front desk. Guess what?? No one answered. Tried 3 different...

“The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is updating to be more currant and up to Wyndham resorts standards. Great price for the night with Breakfast and shuttle to and from airport. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. If you don’t mind a bit of an aged room ( decore) but great customer service….this place is it. Going to be really great once everything is updated.”

“Everything was good except everytime you flushed the toilet you'd hear a bang and loud whistling for about a minute. During the day it was fine but 4 people in a room cause I have kids, made it basically an alarm everytime someone used the bathroom. I called reported it but they said they didn't hear anything while they were on the ground floor and on the phone. I do have to say the property maintenance guys work hard and do alot to make the property great you can tell they take pride in there...

“I needed to be in one of the Handicapped rooms (101). Absolutely nothing electrical worked except the lights and little refrigerator. No A/C-Heater; no TV, no fun! It was a later night check in for me, I was exhausted, and I wasn’t up to change rooms once all my luggage was there. This is really unacceptable, even though renovations were happening. The room should have been fixed before placing a customer there!!!”
