Majestic Valley Properties would like to welcome you to a beautifully remodeled condo with new interior designs, furnishings, and A/C. This a unique and premium location in the core of Aspen to provide instant access to everything the town has to offer right outside your door. It is perfect for anytime of year. Located across from Aspen's "Restaurant Row" and close to many boutiques and galleries. A few blocks from the gondola and walking distance to all the area's festivals and events. Includes hot tub, pool, mountain views, wood fireplace, and BBQ grill.

The unit was designed and furnished by professional designers to give it extraordinary style and quality. The living room has spectacular mountain views along with its distinctive wood-burning fireplace so you can obtain mountain living at its best. The large patio offers lounge chairs, a table with chairs, and a BBQ grill for you to enjoy. Behind the patio is the swimming pool and hot tub area.

The unit has a large master suite that includes a king size bed, and a work area. The guest room has two beds. The living room and bedrooms all have HD cable TV. There is a full kitchen which is equipped with everything you would need to have a convenient stay. Lastly, high-speed internet is available to be utilized throughout the condo.

This is a wonderful opportunity to take advantage of convenience, enjoy modern mountain living, and explore the magnificent Aspen area.

Family trip to Aspen

Great property in the middle of the restaurants and stores in Aspen. 10 min walk to the gondola and the place was clean and perfect for two couples.

Aspen at your doorstep …

Can’t say enough about this condo and it’s location. You step out your door and find yourself in a prime location for hiking, dining & shopping. It’s a Beautiful Unit with everything you could need. Look forward to returning !

Perfectly lovely condo in an excellent location

We stayed three nights in late spring with three family members. Terrific location in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to everything in Aspen. The condo is “as advertised” — recent upgrades to an older building to make it stylish and cozy. Good-sized primary bedroom with a desk for those who have to work. Smaller secondary with two twins thoughtfully arranged to maximize the space . If you go in the summer, the A/C provides added value for those who are security conscious (the condo is on the first floor) or have allergies. Small patio out back gets sun and provides a view of the mountain. You can still sleep in late thanks to the automatic shades that provide full coverage of windows. Skip the community hot tub. One small downside to consider is that you will have neighbors upstairs who walk heavily or don’t have enough carpeting - we heard them in the middle of the night. Excellent communication and accommodation by the host. We typically choose properties managed by a professional management group because of the experiences we’ve had with individual owners but Red was great — he was responsive but not at all intrusive. We would come back!

Exceeded expectations

I’m almost a little nervous leaving such a glowing review as I’m sure it’s going to make it that much more difficult to book for my next trip, but this place was awesome. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The place was exactly as pictures and extremely cozy, but the absolute best part was the location. We hadn’t been to Aspen before and were so over the moon with how close we were to everything — we walked everywhere and didn’t need to fire up the car once. I would leave seven stars for this place if I could.

Aspen 2023

We stayed for the first time at Red’s place in Aspen. It was far superior to the W where we stayed last year. I used Instacart and had groceries delivered which saved time and money. My husband and I had breakfast and snacks at “home.” Each day after skiing at either Ajax, Buttermilk or the highlands, we enjoyed resting our muscles in the 104º jacuzzi. I cannot say enough about the convenient location between the bus stop and Wagner park. We went to dinner at many spots nearby including the White House, the Wild Fig and Matsuisha. When we didn’t have a ride out to the Pine Cook House, Red was easily reached to ask about transportation ideas. We had the best vacation and are looking forward to next year.

Amazing!

This is a lovely condo in an excellent location. It’s honestly one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of well thought-out amenities, and a beautiful updated spotless interior. Red is an excellent host, and will get back to you instantly with any questions. Perfect for our family of four ski trip, walking distance to the lifts and bus stops to other mountains. Close to all the shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Aspen.
