“Great location!! Pleasant staff! Check in was super easy and our room was close to elevator as requested. The bed was really hard like a wood box not comfortable for a good night sleep after spending all day at the beach. We noticed the room lighting was very dim. Please insert some led lightning near bed or television. Also clean your shower heads and remove water stains from around bathing facility. Water pressure low coming out shower head. “The room was clean, & the drinks at the view bar were good & strong. The rooftop restaurant “SPAIN” was delicious & the view was amazing! I will definitely visit again, & again.”

“Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The guests next door were loud until around 5 AM, and although we called the front desk around 2:30 AM, the issue was not resolved. We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns.”

“The pool was nice. The room had a hole in the ceiling above toilet, which dripped onto our toilet. Didn't have a TV for 2 days. Changed rooms little better. It does accept pets and had a good location for the Air show. Do your research. Oh yeah 1 more thing the 2nd room , one bed was unusable. Broken.”

“The employees were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was nice to wake up too . I didn’t realize there would be a jacuzzi tub ( regular tub size ) but I didn’t have time to use it maybe next time. “Staff was very nice and helpful. Got early check in without any issues. Location of the hotel is excellent. So much nearby to walk to and the beach is right there. Breakfast was good to have. Room could have been a little cleaner, but it did have everything stocked well. Overall a great hotel for the price point and location. Would stay again!”

“There was a lot of noise that night in the parking lot. In the morning, they informed us that they had evicted the people responsible for that noise.”

“Outdoor pool n bar closed and people wasn’t notified. Cup of urine left inside closed in the room. So looks like room was not properly cleaned. Housekeeping Staff Didn’t barely spoke English. Table in the room dirty. Useless skating rink. No air conditioner in the hallway. Very disappointing stay”

“The desk personnel were incredible, the service staff should be terminated at once. We had issues with no batteries in the remote , one remote had no back, we had to constantly bug the staff about towels, and we asked the service crew to find a broom so we could sweep our floor because of the sand . The lady said she had to go get the broom and she would sweep the floor as part of the service. Floor was never swept and when my Wife asked her about the flood she said she forgot . I will never...
