“It was very nice & everything was clean, just a block away from the beach, within walking distance to food, shopping & activities. The breakfast was very good, plenty of options. It only had a small indoor pool, but we enjoyed our stay very much.”

“Pros: This is my go to place for my annual ocmd visits. Prime location for enjoying Delaware and Maryland. Walking distance to the beach. Love the free beach chair option and shuttle service. Cons: pool area was quite crowded all the time. Breakfast area is quite cramped. Possibly remove some of the seating options for more space. Was roomed at the back of the hotel next to the outdoor seating area was noisy at night when we were attempting to rest. But overall a great stay! Overall ”

“This was my first stay at Dunes Suites and it will not be my last! I enjoyed my ocean front room with kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and house keeping arrived within minutes of me requesting extra towels and blankets. Property was very clean. Easy access to the beach and much less crowded than other parts off the boardwalk. ”
