“Great place to stay for the beach and ponies!”

“Hotel was amazing very clean, staff was nice. Only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. I called down to front desk for someone to come check it out and no one ever came. It was very hot out so coming in from a long day at the beach and being outside to no AC was disappointing. Funny thing is it started working properly an hour before checkout. Overall it was good”

“We would absolutely stay here again. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, the room/beds comfortable. Convenient to shops and the restaurant right next door was a plus. Gorgeous views! Very nice pool area. I was a little concerned about the highway but you can’t hear any traffic noise at all. Overall the property rates high on our list and I tend to be picky. Oh the hot water was pleasantly hot as I love a good hot bath! Highly recommend!”

“Loved the location and how clean the hotel was. Room may say coastal but does not have water view. It’s decorated in coastal decor. There is no Buffett breakfast offered only menu items that were just ok. Small pool. No bar service the first day. Second day they had offered bar service at pool but the poor bartender had to keep going up and down to get drinks. Not Whst I expected”

“The maids cleaned, they were great. The room was very dark, heavy curtains, old rugs, beat up sofa Bathroom molding was dirty. Toilet was a foot high off the ground. We were also charged $100 for parking. Room was level with the pool. Pool was really nice. Beach chairs and beach towels were accessible. Room service was good.”

“We had no room service the first 3 days. After 3 visits to the front desk and 3 phone calls, we had partial room service on our last day there. We did not get any washcloths on our last day, and my 8-year-old son had to use a hand towel for bathing. The first 2 days we did not have shampoo or body wash. We had 3 days of trash. Housekeeping skipped our Room 106 and goes to the next room every morning. Room 106 is located right next to the housekeeping room. At one point I ran out of towels. I...
