Bra hotell och enkelt att ta lokalbussen överallt
Bra hotell med trevlig personal. Ok frukost och middag. Fantastisk massage. Royal massage rekommenderas. Lätt att ta lokalbussen utanför, det kostar 2 kr för en enkelresa! Vi var där i mars och det var kallt. Besök Kahn Shatar varuhuset och ta ett bad och ligg på sandstrand med sand från Maldiverna. Alla mycket hjälpsamma men nästan ingen talar engelska.

近くにレストランが少ないので夕食付きは便利
タクシーを5回くらい使ったが、全ての運転手が知っていた。（タクシー代相場は中心部から1500～2000テンゲ位）。 湯沸かしポットがあった（他ではない宿が多かった。） バスタブもあって部屋も広かった。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれた。 夕食ビュッフェは味や種類は普通だったが、近くにあまりレストランがない地域だと思うので、（特に自分の場合は年始に宿泊したので）寒い中レストランを探す必要がないだけでも夕食付きにしてよかったなと思った。

The staff at the reception is very slow and too relaxed ... I left my room early mornings and returned late in the evenings , which made me a very convenient guest who spent minimum units of electricity and water in the hotel . Despite that I found out on my 5th day of stay that my linen hadn’t been changed since I checked in !!!

Hotel che si trova nella parte vecchia della citta' , grande struttura con trattamento di mezza pensione ad un buon prezzo, purtroppo noi siamo capitati in un momento in cui stavano sistemando le tubature dell'acqua , siamo stati 2 giorni senza acqua calda , al termine dei lavori persistendo il problema , su nostra richiesta abbiamo cambiato camera e tutto si è risolto.

Nice experience
The amenities and in particular the size of the room were quite impressive. The only critic would be to the hotel bar service, which was really slow and sloppy. Besides from it, I enjoyed a lot my stay.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. The hotel had everything and came with breakfast and dinner! The staff was helpful and spoke well in English. Hotel has everything and more that we needed. It was a very pleasant stay.

sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter Zimmer sehr groß mit Balkon und Wintergarten sowie Bügeleisen und -Brett und kleiner Kaffeestation sehr sauber ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die nicht funktionierten wie der Safe, dessen Batterie leer war und trotz Nachfrage nicht ersetzt wurde oder defekter Nachttischlampe Essen war gut, kein riesiges Buffet, aber ausreichend

Достойный отель, соотношение цена/качества на хорошем уровне. Если брать с полупансионом (завтрак+ужин), то голодными не останетесь, обеда даже не понадобится, питание хорошее. Номера просторные, состояние неплохое. Wi-Fi отличный, скорость очень высокая даже в номерах, но не очень стабильный (особенно в вечернее время) - для личных нерабочих нужд более чем хватит. С проведением видеоконференции были проблемы из-за стабильности. Из недостатков: - персонал отеля (горничные) часто прибирали (подготавливали к заселению?) соседние номера буквально ночью, их переговоры по рации и другая деятельность буквально мешала спать и будила. Первый раз вижу, чтобы они активно работали уже до начала завтрака и мешали тем самым гостям; - номера оборудованы всем необходимым, но утюг испортил вещь буквально при первом прикосновении; - очень жесткие подушки.

They were not aware of my check in so there was an obvious disconnect between Expedia and the hotel. I was charged by Expedia but not given a confirmation #. Expedia needs to improve upon this as I have booked a few times as different hotels and all I need is a confirmation number from Expedia to make it easier for all parties.

No more!
We’ve been staying in King Hotel many times over past 4-5 years. Each year is down grade. They don’t update the rooms, lobby or furniture. Breakfast meat and other foods are heated and overheated many times. Bread was so dry you don’t need to toast it. No more.

It's a nice hotel, but needs attention
It is a nice hotel but needs to some touches around especially in bathroom. Seems getting old. Room sizes are good. Beds can be better. Poor pillows. Great breakfast and restaurant. Our last 2 days hotel did not have a hot water, I am not sure if hot water available now or not. Maintenance was scheduled for much shorter period of time but seems things did not go well and hotel was not ready for any backup solution. Hotel wasn't bothering about this outage. I had to warm water with kettle to have a shower. Such big hotel and many customers with no hot water in very cold weather conditions. Almost no shopping center around the hotel. Only a convenient stores around. Location and staff is very nice.

Good food but not so great service & amenities
Hotel had a great breakfast, there's variety and changes of hot food daily. However, housekeeping service could be improved, some days the attendant failed to top up amenities. Wifi signal was also not strong in the room I was in as the router was in the corridor and the layout in the room had several walls, reducing the strength of the wifi in some areas of the room like the study desk.

Though the facilities are old, staff are good
The facilities of the hotel are old and foods are so so, but the room is clean, staff are kind and efficient enough and inexpensive. Maybe prestigious hotel in the history of Kazakhstan, as all the drivers know it. Located in the old town, you need a taxi to go to the new town where main sightseeing spots are located, but cost just 500 Tr (less than $2) if you pick up and negotiate on the road, and there are good restaurants of the old town in a walking distance like 15 mins.

Location in the middle of the right bank
Loved the location.... just stepping out was a pleasure. The room was actually quite spacious. 2 balconies, 2 rooms more or less. The mattress however, was a hard as a box spring. Although I love firm mattresses, it was almost too hard. Did not like the food at all. But it was typical Kazakh. The worst part of it all was the coffee.. As thin as air. But overall, I would go again because I felt safe. Staff was friendly and location was great. Hotel was quiet and clean.

Great value in the heart of Astana
Good location, friendly staff, spacious rooms and great city views for an incredible price. Although mostly Russian-speaking, the staff went out of their way, in very serviceable English, to explain how to get around the city. For our very early 2:30 am departure on the final day, they had boxed lunches prepared for us in lieu of our usual full spread breakfast. Thanks for taking such great care of us on our first trip to Astana!

Just convenient
It is clean. Ok to stay 2 days but not more. Noisy rooms. Low quality service : room service disturbs you at 11.40 pm because they forgot things... but lost properties dies not open before 9 am....

tres bon rapport qualite prix dans astana.
hotel situe dans le nord de la ville assez ancien mais bien entretenu et propre. les chambres sont spacieuses, le wifi est bon. le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. j'avais sans le savoir la 1/2 pension, petit déjeuner et diner sous forme de buffet, très correct. pour le centre ville, l'expo 2017 ou l'aéroport vous avez le bus numéro 10 a 500m pour 0.25 euro! le seul "inconvénient" de cet hotel est qu'il est a 4kms de la nouvelle ville et qu'il n'y a pas grand chose autour...mais avec les bus c'est très facile sinon y'a toujours des taxis devant l'hotel. au final un très bon hotel pour découvrir astana, je le recommande sans problème.
