I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options that made every meal enjoyable. “100% recommend. The staff is extremely atrentive, friendly and attentive. Clean room, delicious breakfast in the morning and the spa is very nice. There are also beautiful views from the window. The staff thougj definitely made our stay as nice as it was. They helped us to organize rides, brought fresh drinks when we walked in and provided helpful information ”

“We had a great stay at Petra Mariott. The hotel has a nice, native feel to it without compromising on quality and service. Situated on a hill the hotel has a splendid view over the valley and Petra is still only a few minutes away with car.
We had some issues with the booking (that wasn't the hotels fault), but they nevertheless helped us with an extra room. Very attentive and friendly staff.”

“Really enjoyed my stay, so many positives; The location and its proximity to everything, the staff who were helpful throughout, the room and how clean it was kept, the breakfast and wide choice of food, the greeting when I checked in, the basement car park and finally, the overall ambiance of the place and its setting.”

“Grand Mercure was actually closed for renovation, so we were sent to Mövenpick Petra and our stay was amazing! All Staff were exceptional and we were also upgraded! Mary Ann and all the staff in breakfast were amazing! Chef and all breakfast stations food was great! -evening dinner so much choice and taste was great! Even Ahmed at chocolate hour was really good and attentive- everyone showed love to my daughter and went out of their way to make her happy! Exceptional stay!
