âWe stayed at The Social Athens for our family trip. Our rooms were ready early when we arrived. Our rooms were very clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with many options available. It was a short walk to Plaka and the other sites from our hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. â
âNewly built and very modern hotel. Great roof top bar and pool, with views over Acropolis. The rooms were very modern with big TV, automatic blinds and even automatic lights to the bathroom if you wake up during the night.
The only negative part about the room is that the bathroom gets a bit flooded with water while you take a shower. This is due to a design flaw with the floor. The shower floor isn't titled enough to make the excessive water go into the drain, so the water tends to spill into...

âGreat hotel but you can tell it has been open a while and they have not upkept the rooms so it was a bit of a let down based on the photos and price. Much better hotels available in the price range and would stay somewhere else next time. The rooftop bar is worth a stay though if your aim is to go there. âCentralt och lyxigt hotell vid Syntagma. Vi Ă€r jĂ€tteglada över bemötandet i receptionsomrĂ„det. De hjĂ€lpte oss med vĂ€skor, taxi och var vĂ€ldigt trevliga vid in- och utcheckning.
Rummet var luftigt, modernt, mysigt och balkongen hade utsikt över Akropolis.

âAmazing location! The balcony was beautiful and the room was amazing. The ONLY thing that should be kept in mind is that our room did not have super strong a/c. But the front desk was exceptionally helpful and very kind. â
âHotel was close to everything - shopping, restaurants and tour buses. Check in was easy and fast. Free breakfast was great. They were not able to arrange pickup from port on short notice but we made it. They were able to arrange transport to airport at check out and let us stay in the room for a couple extra hours. â

"The Stanley has one of the best locations in Athens. The neighbourhood is genuine and proximity to bars and restaurants. One of the highlights, for me, is the reception that is really amazing. The pool and bar on the roof are just one of the places in Athens, the views to the acropolis and the city are breathtaking. "
"The hotel itself is very nice but a bit far from the closest metro. However, they do have a shuttle to downtown on curtain times.
Check if the rooptop pool is open or closed. It is really beautiful but was closed on our vacation in March â dispite warm weather.
