The apartment features 2 bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom, a welcoming open plan that combines the living room, kitchen and dining area, and a spacious balcony.

The quiet bedrooms are perfect for a restful retreat, offering luxurious beds for a refreshing night's sleep, air conditioning to adjust the temperature to your liking, and large closets to neatly store your belongings.

The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need to freshen up. It is functional, beautiful, and stylish, with hot water, shampoo, and shower gel provided for a relaxing bathing experience. Washing machine is not a hassle, as a washing machine is available for your convenience.

The open floor plan seamlessly integrates the kitchen, living room, and dining area, making it an excellent space for gatherings. Feel free to use all kitchen appliances and amenities to prepare your favorite meals, then enjoy them in the dining room that comfortably seats 4 people, or relax in the living room and enjoy your delicious food while watching TV.

Rules Please note the following house rules for all Athenean Experience properties:
• ReturnParties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed in any part of the property.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to book accommodation.
• A valid ID or passport number (or VAT number for local visitors)

*Baby Bed Policy:
For your family's comfort, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

*Airport Transfer:

*Basic policy:
Guests have a pair of keys at their disposal.
If the keys are lost or forgotten, guests will be charged 30 euros for the cost of changing the lock.

If a visitor leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and cannot be accessed with a spare key, you will need to call a locksmith. In these cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key on the inside of the lock to prevent this situation.

*Parking:
There are 14 parking spaces available for the entire building, on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, free parking is available on our street.
