Perfekt läge, strax utanför dörren börjar det stora utbudet av restauranger i Plaka. Några få minuters promenad till Akropolis, Akropolis museum mm OK Rooftop m pool o servering, dock trångt runt poolen och mest stolar, inga solsängar. Vacker utsikt över Akropolis från poolen

Great place to stay in Athens.
Excellent hotel; great location, beautiful roof top pool and bar area, great staff. Don’t miss booking the spa - you get it all to yourself. Highly recommended.

Helt underbart! Läget är perfekt med utsikt över Akropolis och nära till allt viktigt. Frukosten är fräsch har något för alla. Spa finns för att mjuka upp fötter och leder efter intensiva dagar. En takbar med underbar utsikt. Bäst av allt är personalen! Perfekt service av samtliga levererat med ett vänligt leende. Jag kommer tillbaka!

Worth coming back!
We had a very nice stay - worth coming back! The breakfast was great, nice room, wonderful rooftop with pool and amazing view of Akropolis!!! The staff offered first class servie with their kind and helpful way. Just wished we had more time for another night.

A bargain!
Fantastic hotel with amazing location. Do not forget to be struck by the wire from the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was a bit crowded, partly due to covid, but also a bit undersized. Same thing with the rooftop pool. Breakfast was really high quality! And finally very friendly and service minded personnel. At this price this hotel is a bargain

Great location, good service some dips though
We had a room with view of Acropolis and I can´t imagine finding a place closer than this. Very nice to sit at the balocny in the room as well as on the roof top terrace overlooking Acropolis and Athens. The Rooms aren´t big and not spotless but still OK. They don´t have their own parking space which i thought al 5 star hotels had. The staff was very helpfull. Breakfast mediocre. Rooftop pool small, but still nice if you come at the right time.

The rooms are a great size, clean and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfy. The breakfast has a variety of choices and they have great coffee with different milk choices. There are a ton of restaurants in vicinity and we loved that the Acropolis and the Museum are in walking distance. We deducted just a point because the rooftop was entirely closed, with no access to the pool, bar or view. We were informed of that though (after booking but before our arrival), however still a bummer. Overall, lovely hotel, staff and location. Highly recommend.

We booked the coco mat on the location and roof pool, we had a hectic previous 4 days in Istanbul and wanted to spend 2 days by the pool. On arrival we were told the roof area had been closed by the authorities 3 weeks ago the reason as told to us by the taxi driver the hotel had been built 2 or 3 stories to high. Had we have been notified in advance we could have looked elsewhere, the hotel check-in said we had been notified by email and that i had replied ( no problem ) nowhere do i remember seeing an email so went back through all correspondence, the only mail i replied to with no problem was a message telling me the tourist tax had gone up fron 4 euro to 10 euro. Not the end of the world and the checkin staff were great, complimentary bottle of wine and a small refund which covered the taxis to the local beach which was better than a roof pool anyway, so other than that a great stay.

Rooms were well equipped, and relatively quiet. Balcony views were limited, however the view from the rooftop of the city was excellent. Very well located for the ancient attractions, but due to the position in relation to the Acropolis, you’re rather limited to two routes to the main strip of restaurants which can get a little repetitive. Staff at the front desk & restaurant were lovely and extremely helpful. The housekeeping was a little inconsistent though.

I didn't get the room I booked - I was placed in 101 which, along with 102 and 103 are directly on the street. If you open the curtains you are there for all to see. There isn't even a sheer to allow you to view out without the world looking in. In fairness, the day after check-in the reception staff did offer me the Acropolis room I'd booked but with the upheaval of moving and a day left it didn't seem worthwhile. The rooftop area is billed as open 'seasonally' which one would expect late March however, it is actually CLOSED. By order of the Government it's closed and yet is still featured on the hotel website; is this intentionally to mislead? Breakfast is hit and miss. If your 5 star hotel breakfast features a machine to deliver your coffee and hot water for tea you won't be disappointed! Staff are around to get you a coffee from the bar set up but trying to find tea is a very miss in the hit and miss of life. The food is Okay but nothing special. On my first full day, I questioned with reception staff at what time rooms are cleaned what with it now being 15:00. I was told up until 6pm. However, when I returned at 8pm my room hadn't been touched. I advised the staff one of whom said he'd send someone "right away"...this after I'd just advised him I'd be leaving in a couple of hours. The very excellent concierge took ownership when I checked out and the hotel very kindly paid for my taxi to the airport. I wanted to love this place but it was average for me

Das Hotel ist ok, aber keine 5 Sterne. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zu einer 24h stark befahrenen Straße. Die Fenster schlossen nicht, so dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Der Wunsch nach einem Zummerwechsel wurde abschlägig beschieden, obwohl Zimmer verfügbar waren. Ganz klar: Die Buchung über Expedia führt zur Behandlung zweiter Klasse.

Great hotel in the most convenient location
Great hotel in the most convenient location in Athens, just 3 min walk from the Acropolis Museum. You'll find various options of restaurantes in the hotel street, but Plaka's restaurants/nightlife are just 10 min walk distance in a lovely neighborhood. Room was comfortable and quiet, with great shower. Breakfast with good variety of food. Staff was cordial and helpful. Only downside is the quality of the internet connection, that was unstable most of the time. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Athens.

Somehow disappointed
We love to stay at this hotel, nice facilities, atmosphere and location. Somehow the service is sometimes weak, when checking in you are asked to do it yourself on your phone. The room assigned was without balcony. The spa facilities were closed so we were pre advised and was told that we would receive a complimentary wine that we never received. Other little things will probably make us change our choice of hotel for our next stays in Athens
