However , we ensure you that we have already forwarded your unlucky incident described, to the relevant department head, in order to take immediate action. As you mentioned the location of the hotel is very good as it is walking distance to a lot of the main attractions and is surrounded by many restaurants. This contributes to increase mobility and noise especially during the high tourist season. Depending on the expectations of each visitor this can be considered positive or negative. Kind Regards .
