The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a rainfall shower in the bathroom as well as a modern always clean composting toilet. we have upgraded the hot water heater that works fantastic.

Great value for a place to stay when visiting your bobcats if you like the outdoors. The air fryer was in need of a good clean and it smelled a little musty but it was a rainy weekend. Maybe a dehumidifier or damp rid would minimize that. I will defenately be back again

We had a great time staying on this property. The host was accessible and communicated clearly. The cottage itself was relaxing with a comfortable bed and hot shower. The trails behind the cottage were fun to hike. Completely recommend!

Very responsive owner and we had a wonderful time including a hike on the trails. Had small issue with the instant hot water however the owner responded right away and it worked fine for us. We choose not to use the compost toilet but managed just fine. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Very nice little cottage. Fit me and my two friends well enough but would be very comfortable for two people or a couple plus one other person. We loved hiking around the property. Beautiful hiking trails and pretty extensive too. Had a blast exploring them. The host was friendly and welcoming but gave us plenty of privacy. Will definitely come back someday.

Wish they would have some raid for the ants. Has nothing to do with the not being clean, you are out in the woods. They just became annoying more than anything. Other than that, it was great and the host was very helpful and friendly

This was perfect for me, my daughter and 2 grandkids. We like places that are eco-friendly and off the grid. It’s a very affordable, simple and rustic place in nature. It was clean and the shower was great! The composting toilet was cool. The kids were really interested in all the solar panels. I appreciated that all the pots and pans were quality stainless steel. We hiked the trails and saw about 30 butterflies on the flowers by the pond!

Tiny but decent. Quiet. But bring any dining and eating necessities as it's limited that way. Old air fryer and coffee pot there. Liked the outdoor spaces to wander for sure. Hot water jiffy as it's an on demand heater so that can change quickly too.

The floor was damp throughout the weekend and felt sticky at times, so we had to keep our shoes on. It was a bit of an adjustment to the compost toilet but overall it was a pretty nice property with some getting used to.

I hate to write a poor review, I really do. When my husband and I walked into the cottage, we were hit with a wet-dog smell that was mingled with pine-sol. There was dog hair on the upholstered furniture. The smell was too heavy, we just couldn’t stay. We fortunately snagged the last hotel room at the 5th place we called. It’s a cute cottage and likely suits people traveling with pets. Maybe running an air purifier between guest bookings would resolve the issue.

Took my first solo trip with just my dog and I to do some hiking/exploring. This was the perfect little getaway spot for us. It was very cozy and we loved exploring the property! We even hit up strouds run park and the beach which was only a 7 minute drive from the property! We definitely will be visiting again soon

Beautiful property, great host with very good communication, very cozy and a great place for a peaceful getaway. We got to explore the cave and pond a little bit but didn’t get to see the trails. I can’t wait to be back and check them out! Highly recommend!
