Rummet var ok och personalen i receptionen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Men!! De borde informera boende om att a la carte restaurangen är stängd på måndagar så det går endast att äta en buffé som var totalt oätbar. Även butiken på hotellet var stängd på måndagar. Det är ett familjehotell och skulle ej rekommendera att åka dit som tex ett par.

3 - 5 star hotel?
They is graded as a 5 star hotel. They are not close to 5 stars. May be 10 years ago. But still, service at reception is 5 star. Not in restaurant. Not in the bar. Entrance/ views/ pool area is five star. But maintenance - quilty of food and drinks is medium to Low. For one night stay Before early flight perfect.

Mycket bra och trevligt hotell som har allt man kan önska sig. Jag hade av misstag från min egen sida blivit bokad på tre olika bokningar under min vistelse på 8 nätter men fick excellent service av Maria i recpetionen som hela tiden var väldigt behjälplig och löste så att jag kunde stanna i samma rum hela vistelsen. Stort tack Maria för mycket bra service.

Only a one night stay. Wanted to be relatively close to airport without staying at airport. We had an early morning flight and drive was about 20 mins, not sure how long if traffic. Nice location on water, but no time to really explore the property. There were some minor maintenance items, but nothing critical.

Dolce Wyndham in Athina was a great place to stay overnight for a flight the next morning. The hotel staff was fantastic...front desk provided an easy check in, room was ready early but was a little smaller and older than normal, the restaurant/bar staff were great, food was great as well wine/beverage recommendations. They were friendly, helpful and fun! They were very knowledgeable of the surrounding area, the history, etc. The property offered a large pool, hot tub, pool bar with music, umbrella beach chairs along the water. Luckily the sunset for the last night in Greece was spectacular! The only negatives: the hotel is older and could definitely use an update, the location seemed farther from the airport and Athens proper than thought it was going to be. One would definitely need a car and/or driver (you could taxi) if you did an extended stay and wanted to explore all that Athens has to offer. Overall was a great overnight experience.

The room was fine. Shower uncomfortable. The water came out while showering due to a bad design. . The room had a spider web on the ceiling which was not noticeable at first sight as it was on the ceiling. Property amenities were great.

There is so much mold all over this property. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are very poorly remodeled. They smelled of paint and chemicals. The pool closed really early and we did not get to use it. It is clear that the management is trying to cover up how old and dirty the facility is. This hotel doesn’t even have a first-aid kit. My friend was injured and all they had to offer was disinfectant and cotton. This stay is absolutely not worth the money.

From check-in, the staff did not help us with baggage, and the process at reception was slow; once we got to the room, it had three single beds when we only requested a double (conjoined singles in the booking). The bathroom was dirty with hair in the tub, and the bath plug was missing; the air conditioner was very noisy, and I heard guests in the foyer complain about this also. The pool is not heated and so cold that no one would swim in it, the bar by the pool is closed and looks under construction, and the bar upstairs was understaffed and had dirty cups all over the countertop. Navigating to the room is complex and there is no staff to help with this. Overall would avoid this hotel, it’s not close to any city nearby and you would be disappointed if staying for a few days compared to central Athens

We stayed in April and had booked a Family Bunglow with private pool. Had a terrible experience : Ended up dealing with maintenance issues - door locks didn't work and it took the maintenance guy couple of hours to fix it during which we were stuck in the room and missed the sunset by the beach. The TV wasnt working either initially and the private pool was cold and dirty. We decided to just use the main pool, but guess what - the pool was roped off and "not yet open for the season" and only 1 restaurant was operational and the rest were also not yet open! None of this was mentioned or made transparent during booking. Location is great by the water/mountains but all the rest of the poor experience isnt worth the price you pay :(

I booked a room with an outdoor jacuzzi and those rooms weren’t even ready. They are being sold on expedia but are not available as they are still being put together. Was offered a villa with an indoor jacuzzi that was beautiful but the jacuzzi didn’t work. overflowed into the bathroom when water was let out. It’s clear that problem existed before due to the water damage visible on bottom of bathroom door and bedroom door. Thankfully we were only cleaning it first with very little water to be drained. Noticed the problem and was told we have to drain it slowly. As if we’re going to stand there all night letting the stopper in and out. Ridiculous to even say such a thing to a guest paying over $300 a night for a room. I got this room only for the jacuzzi as we were getting off a 13 hour flight and wasn’t able to use it. Really a shame because the property had potential

Room not advertised as promised - we had asked for two king beds and we got a bed and a couch. The front desk was very unhelpful for a “5 star accommodation”. We also had booked a private pool which we did not get. The showers are terrible and this is not near the airport.

It’s quiet, away from busy city. Definitely a huge hotel. The rooms are small but decent. The bathroom had extra soap in the tub, unsure if it was leftover residue or cleaning product.

Hotel is beautiful but the room is outdated. - Old shower - TV was not working - effectively no views. They say you have mountain view, but there is only 4 meters distance between the rocky mountain and your balcony. God knows how people stay here in the summer - when you check on expedia, it says that the distance to the airport is 3 miles. But actually its 10 miles. Taxi costed €30 eachway. I might as well have paid to stay at the airport hotel. Misleading!!!!!

This is a resort a 25 to 30 mins drive from ATH intl airport. Very nice property, great ocean and hills views, great swimming pools and sunbathing chairs and tiki umbrellas. Great food, many options for included breakfest. Cons: no shuttle available from/to airport.

The hotel itself is very pretty but the rooms (not the bungalows) are old, small, and not well maintained. Our room had many broken elements, lights that didn't work, broken drawers and such. The fold out sofa for kids is very claustrophobic and can really only sleep small children. Behind it there were dust bunnies galore.

The Fridge in the room switched off and no bottle of water or information to where to find one In the room which is a basic customer service you find in any High standard Hotel. And clean the snot that was left by the previous customer in bathroom sink by the mirror.
