The property consists of the following:

- An entrance area consisting of a corridor and a hall with a mirror and furniture where guests can leave their personal belongings after a stroll through the picturesque alleys of Plaka.

- Bedrooms: The property boasts 4 luxurious queen bedrooms, each outfitted with a smart TV and free Netflix. The master suite invites relaxation with a comfortable sofa, lounge chair, and direct access to a sun-drenched balcony. The second bedroom offers ample closet space and another sunny balcony, while the third features an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The fourth bedroom, located adjacent to the living room, rewards with a balcony overlooking the enchanting cobblestone street.

- Bathrooms & WC. You'll find two bathrooms and one WC within the property. The first bathroom is en-suite, the second one contains a double vanity and an expansive walk-in rain shower, and a third WC-room conveniently located in the large entrance hallway. The bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, hand towels, while body and face towels are provided to all guests.

- The living room, a delightful blend of Athenian allure and modern comfort. Here, two classical sofas stand ready to cradle you after a day spent exploring the city's wonders.
