They did not have gluten free options for breakfast. Even when given heads up they did not fix for us. They said "they are only a 4 star hotel". That is not a valid reason for not taking allergies into consideration, since we have statyed at much lower star hotel and had this provided. This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and we had no option than to eat there.

Stay away - lack of hygiene!
Summary: - Food was OK, and plentiful. There were big buffés and 3-4 chef stations where food (omelets, grilled fish, grilled meat, pancakes, pasta etc) was prepared to order. - Nice beach and pool areas. - Not really any activities unless you were there with the French/Canadian tour operator. Also pedal boats and the kayaks were reserved for clients of the same tour operator. - Located in a boring area, there is really nothing to see when going outside the resort. - LACK OF HYGIENE - Black mould on shower curtains in both rooms! - Wife and 1 daughter got bitten by bugs in the room at night. These were not mosquitos but rather flees or lice, which was confirmed by or doctor at home. Not really any understanding from management, lack of will to do anything to compensate us for the bug issue. (We were offered other rooms, dry cleaning and doctor, but these things were all just a remedy to the original problem with the bugs. No other compensation, like a bottle of wine or anything else). Will NEVER stay there again!

Dears, As we explained to you, while you were here, this room is all the time occupied and we have no complains at all for bugs, not only for this room but for every room. We think that you touched something, an animal maybe, outside of the hotel and you bring us inside the problem. Also we find bizarre the fact that you had with you from home your own medicines or medication or we don't know exactly what was it. We ask ourselves if you already had something before you come here to carry such special medicines. Fleas are on animals and lice on animals and people.

The only thing good about the resort is the ocean. The food is the worst I've ever eaten, bathroom needs major renovations. It's a shame the location is beautiful but the rooms, food are nothing to write home about. Some of the staff are nice but some are utterly rude. Dont let the picture deceive you. Read the reviews. I had to change my room as the one given had mosquitoes. I will NEVER visit Kinetta Beach again. My friend had ants crawling all over the room. Another has roaches in their room. Please go somewhere else.

The views were awesome - mountains, sea, beach & that’s about it. There’s nothing all inclusive about this resort. Condition of the place can be better improved. Rooms were not very clean, had bugs cockroaches, ants etc. There were no basic tea/coffee items in the rooms. Staff could learn to be friendlier, some were outright rude. Our cleaning lady was nice though. The food was not good, the food at the diner restaurant (where you have to book and it’s limited to 60 something guests maximum) was the only manageable meal, we ate outside of the resort for most of our stay. I was here to celebrate with friends so we made the most of it spending more time in Athens than the resort itself. The price paid for this resort is way too high for the quality of the resort and the quality of service received. Hopefully, they find a way to improve.

Kinder wurden aufs herzlichste begrüßt. **** Das Essen war nicht besonders abwechslungsreich, im Grunde jeden Tag das selbe mit kleinen Variationen, aber dafür immer lecker und durch die große Auswahl war auch für jeden etwas dabei. Reception staff was friendly and helpful and so was the air transat representative Beyond that found the rest of staff specifically the Lookea staff were not friendly unless you were French. There was little for us to do in the evening unless you were entertained by French staff. Nice resort but they need to accommodate for all

This was a totally excluding hotel experience the opposite to all-inclusive. • The hotel vicinity and room was nothing like advertised on the website. • The room was very dusty and tattered bed linen. One day the room was not cleaned at all. • The language spoken was French and all entertainment was in French. Only the reception staff spoke minimal English, which made the stay very isolating. • There was no private pool facility at the hotel as depicted. • The hotel was far from an all-inclusive as often there was limited catering or none at all and the food was undercooked. There was no option to enjoy a meal at one of the resort's 2 restaurants as advertised. • The WiFi did not work in all rooms and the small flat-screen TVs only had one channel in English. • There was no tours assistance available as we were told it was only for French guests. I do not feel that I have received value for money consider the large sum that I paid for the accommodation. The stay at this hotel was disappointing which failed my expectations of what was advertised on the website.

Πάρα πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό. Αρκετή ησυχία σε ολόκληρο το συγκρότημα. Πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Ο μπουφές σε όλα τα γεύματα ήτανε πληθωρικός με πολλές επιλογές. Καθαρά δωμάτια και εξωτερικοί χώροι. Γήπεδα μπάσκετ, τένις, ποδοσφαίρου, πισίνες ( λόγω της εποχής δεν τις χρησιμοποιησαμε).Οι παιδαγωγοί για τα παιδιά μας παρά πολύ ευγενικοί.Ειμασταν 3 οικογένειας με 10 χρονών παιδιά και ευχαριστηθηκαμε μικροί και μεγάλοι

Worst Hotel in Greece, would like refund
This was one of the worst experiences I had in a hotel. The staff were rude, the food was average, the room was filthy. We thought a hotel away from Athens would be great at this all inclusive hotel, but thought wrong. Was not all inclusive, food was available at meal times but food most of the time was terrible. Could not even get water, had to pay for bottles. This was pricey so had to buy water from shops outside hotel. Would not recommend if you are not French, this hotel only catering to the French so we left out on all activities. We decided to get away from this hotel and stay at another hotel in the city just so we could get away from this terrible hotel. So was only at the hotel for 2 nights, so wasted a lot of money here. Will never come back here, and I recommend people to stay away from this hotel. The room was disgusting, room was never cleaned, bed sheets never replaced, floor was never cleaned from previous people stay, bed had bed-bugs, so now have rashes all over body. People, stay away!!

Très bon accueil, mais propreté à revoir
Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée, et le personnel d'accueil toujours à notre service durant le séjour Les repas étaient très simples mais bien cuisinés. Cependant, la terrasse du restaurant n'a jamais été lavée durant notre séjour (une semaine) et ne l'avait pas été depuis bien longtemps!! fruits écrasés, taches collantes, noyaux d'olive, ... Les nappes étaient collantes et sales, pas changées les carrelages de la piscine étaient tellement sales que les dessous de pied étaient noirs. La chambre, propre à notre arrivée et spacieuse mais les carrelages autour de la vasque n'ont jamais été nettoyés durant notre séjour , idem pour la paroi de douche Le sol de la chambre et du balcon n'ont pas été balayés encore moins lavés pendant les 4 premiers jours!!! Les oreilles sont très très durs ainsi que les matelas

The place, property and food was good. I think that an improvement on transfer connection facility from/to Athens airport will be a good choice for any future guests. In the worst case, the guest must paid an expensive taxi to reach the resort.

Beautiful water, in a beautiful country.
We came there as a family of five. Four adults, and one child that was 11 years old at the time. We took a rental car for the entire time that we were there because the hotel is pretty far from the airport, and we wanted to use it to explore the country while we where there. When we arrived, we were given a map of the complex, and were shown to out rooms. We were also told when the restaurants open, and what time the various meals were at. That was pretty much it on the involvement by the management. We had no information on whether or not we could borrow swimming gear such as goggles, snorkels, and swimming fins. We also had to discover for ourselves as to the restaurant situations. As english speaking individuals, no one wanted to fuss with us. While we were there there was a large amount of French speaking individuals which is great, but the entire time we left like we were second hand citizens there. In regards to the swim gear, we were told that they were all out of it, however a half hour later when a french speaking family came by to use the same gear, they were promptly given what they wanted. If you are an english speaking traveler, then you are on your own for figuring out what is going on at the resort. The beach itself is also a pebble beach, and not a rocky one. It can be quite painful to walk on it in bare feet. You also can't really lay in it as it is not very comfortable. The best part about this was the water. It was beautiful and clear, albeit cold.

Hotel very clean and comfortable. There is lots available but only if your French.!!! All is catered for the French.... food, entertainment, signs and notices. Whilst the staff were polite all expected you too be French... we sat in the bar every evening feeling disregarded. It you are English or have kids who don't speak French I would not recommend. However all the French seemed to thoroughly enjoy the stay. Local area is run down and if you leave the grounds there is nothing around...including the lack of an entrance. The big saving grace is the hotel is well presented and we found the beach, whilst pebbles, was lovely and picturesque. I was happy when my stay came to an end.

L’hôtel Kinetta est très bien situé pour visiter les sites importants de la Grèce continental. Nous avons pu nous rendre à Athènes en prenant le train et le métro. L’hôtel étant à 1 km de la gare (et environ 45 minutes du centre d’Athènes). Il y a deux piscines, un terrain de tennis et à un centre aquatique avec beaucoup d'activités gratuites ... Nous avons pu profiter du club qui était sur place.

Le Positif : La situation à proximité d'Athènes ,situé directement sur une plage de galets privée avec parasols et transats en quantité suffisante La gentillesse du personnel et leur souhait à rendre votre séjour agréable (pour la quasi totalité de leurs membres) Les restaurants "Zen" loin de la cohue du restaurant principal Le change journalier du linge de toilette Le Négatif le monopole de l'agence SIXT loueur de voitures et les prix pratiqués Les gobelets jetables utilisés le soir au bar pour l'apéritif (des verres en dur seraient un minimum) La rigidité des "barmen" à sous doser les préparations Le manque d'organisation du restaurant principal, avec des queues pour les plats chauds qui bloquent l'accès aux entrées, l'exiguité du secteur desserts Je ne parle pas de la foire du 15 aout au soir lors de l'ouverture des portes du restaurant.... L'absence de nappes en tissu sur les tables de restaurant , on se croirait à la cantine de l'usine !! Sur la qualité des plats: un peu répétitif surtout au bout de deux semaines, mais une volonté de présenter des plats variés L'impossibilité d'avoir accès , même en payant aux paddles, pédalos et kayaks réservés LOOKEA alors qu'ils ne sont pas ou peu utilisés ! Ho speso ben tre settimane per cercare l'offerta giusta con il resort che offrisse quello che cercavo. Qui ho trovato tutto, ottimo cibo, alcool locale ma non male, consiglio il fantastico cocktail Monaco che mi ha accompagnato per tutta la vacanza. Meglio il gin della vodka oppure ovviamente l'outzo. Le camere erano accoglienti, grandi con piccolo terrazzo comodissimo. Vero, se non si parla francese non si può partecipare all'animazione ma sinceramente questo è stato un plus, solo e vero relax!

Amazing resort
The beach is unbelievable, the richness of the Greek food the hospitality and the suit sea view makes the vacation heaven, Just when you open the blind in the morning look at the sea and watch the sunrise behind the mountain and the water reflect the sun light amazing. On the top of that all inclusive no need to any thing through the day any where in the resort.

Great facilities, poor service
Hotel facilities and beach are very nice, but guest service is poor. There's no signage for almost anything. Almost everything is in French and you are kind of ignored if you are not French (they have a partnership with a French tourist organization that brings 85% of their guests). The food is pretty good, but there's only artificially flavored drinks and bad tasting water to drink (aside from wine). Rooms are nice and clean, but the mattresses very hard. If you are ok with figuring things out on your own and just want to enjoy the pool and beach, this place is good.

Thank you for your comments, they are always very helpful for us. The hotel staff always pays attention to every guest. It is true that we have a lot of French but, the only persons that give them more attention is the French animation team, which is normal once they are hired and paid by their tour operator for its clients.
