Luxury house in Athens with private entrance. Fully renovated in 2023. Just a ten minute walk from Kerameikos metro and ten minutes drive from Acropolis. Within a 10-15 minute walk you will find yourself in Gazi, where you can enjoy the night life of Athens, with plenty of bars and restaurants. The apartment is 125 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Ideal choice for a family with children, two couples or a group! Enjoy our comfortable living room, the large and fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable and spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub for enjoyable bubble baths. The house has 2 double beds with excellent quality orthopedic mattresses for ultimate relaxation. Upon request and additional 4 people, there is a comfortable sofa to sleep 1 person. A great advantage of the house is the privacy it offers. The single large living room-kitchen-dining area will offer you unforgettable moments with your loved ones. Each room has air conditioning. The house is located in a multicultural district, giving an image of the real Athens. Combining old neoclassical and modern buildings. The neighborhood of Kerameikos combines the old, the ancient and the new and is just a ten minute walk from the historical center of Athens. The neighborhood of Kerameikos is famous for its street art, it is a district that combines tradition but at the same time the intense young life! At a distance of only 800m is Gazi with its countless cafe restaurants and clubs which is buzzing with life. At a 10-minute walk, the historical center of Athens begins, where you can visit attractions and museums such as the Athens Art Gallery, located at a distance of 900m. In 1.5km-2km you can find yourself in Psirri and Thisio and explore them on foot. The house is located at a distance of 800m, i.e. a ten-minute walk from the Kerameikos metro, where in one stop you can find yourself in Psirri, Monastiraki, Plaka, Thisio and the Acropolis. The metro station in Kerameikos connects you to Athens International Airport and the Port of Piraeus where you can travel to the Greek islands. Larissa railway station and Kifisos cable cars are 1.2 km away. The house is located near a very central street of Athens with a very close distance to the national highway.

The pictures don't do it justice

Let's start with the overall stunning fully renovated and elegant home. The pictures do not do it justice. It is my guess that the owner is a luxury designer of some sort. I messaged her and asked about several pieces of decor including the door handles in hopes of importing them to the US. There wasn't a single thing out of place. There is a spiral staircase to a rooftop table and 2 chairs. We checked in via the VRBO app. She gave me the code and it was so easy. She is a fantastic communicator!! She even had freshly baked bread, feta cheese, olives, and jam waiting for us upon arrival. It was a delicious treat after a long day of travel. The location is great. There is a small market, a pharmacy, several coffee shops, and a restaurant all within 2 blocks to walk to. You are right in between two metro stops which are about a 7-minute walk in either direction. I walked to both and it was an easy walk. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I need to come back to Athens for any reason, I will be booking this place. 20 out of 10 would recommend!!!
