The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the kato Patissia neighborhood, offering an authentic Athenian experience with everything you need just a short walk away, including cafés, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, and excellent public transport connections.



Some of Athens' most popular attractions are also within easy reach. The National Archaeological Museum, home to one of the world's most important collections of ancient Greek artifacts, is just a few minutes away. You can also visit Fokionos Negri, a beautiful tree-lined pedestrian street filled with cafés, bars, and local restaurants, perfect for an afternoon stroll or evening out. Getting Around:

Getting to the apartment from Athens International Airport



🚇 Metro (The easiest option)



Take Metro Line 3 (Blue Line) from Athens International Airport towards Dimotiko Theatro.



Get off at Monastiraki Station.



Transfer to Line 1 (Green Line) towards Kifisia.



Get off at Kato Patissia Station.



From there, the apartment at 281 Acharnon Street is just a 3–5 minute walk away.



Travel time: approximately 55–65 minutes.



🚌 Bus



Take the X93 Airport Express Bus from the airport to Kifissos Bus Terminal (KTEL Kifissou).



From there, you can continue by taxi or public transportation to the apartment.



This is the most budget-friendly option, although it usually takes longer than the metro.



🚖 Taxi



A taxi ride from the airport takes approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic.



There is a fixed airport taxi fare, with different rates for daytime and nighttime journeys (the night fare applies between 11:30 PM and 5:00 AM).
