The Apartment is in a quiet and safe area of central Athens, strategically located for exploring Athens on foot. It's a few minutes to the Acropolis and the Museum. Nearby are local shops, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, a Farmers Market.

After your reservation as per the Greek Law requirement you will be asked to provide your passport & photo

Additional rules

PARKING : No private parking on property However, there is a private parking with charge 10 euros per day just around the corner from the house.

GENERAL RULES -
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. In case we find evidence of smell or ashes inside the unit you will be charged from your deposit the amount of 100 euros (biological extraction smell costs)
- Lost keys: There will be a penalization charge of 50,00 euros in case of losing the keys.

- As we pride ourselves on the upkeep and on maintaining a clean facility, may we ask that you appreciate the importance of not damaging furniture, linens and the surrounding space in general. To prevent scratches and marks on furniture please make sure you always use the protective pouches & cutting board in the kitchen.

- Athens building sewer system is old and it is important that NO paper or other items are flushed through the toilet as blockage is very easy to occur. In such case you will be charged 150 euros for unblock age cost - Please do not take bath towels to the beach.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring non guests at the house.

- We are not responsible for 3rd party services (water, internet, power) and will not refund for shortages.

- HOT WATER: We have SOLAR water heater so there is all day hot water BUT in cloudy days you might have to turn it on manually,
please go to the electrical board and turn on the heater. When you want to take a shower again you have to turn it on again. -
- Kindly respect the quiet hours that according to the Greek Law are: April 1 - September 30 : 15.00-17.30 and 23.00-7.30 October 1 - March 31 : 15.30-17.30 and 22.00-7.30

*CHECK OUT

- Check out: When checking out please wash the dirty dishes, as it can delay our cleaning services and the house will be smelly for previous guests and therefore the next guest check in will be delayed.
- Check out: Please take out the trash when you leave the apartment. There is a trash bin left and right as you exit the building.

Please note: We kindly ask you not to ask last minute for a late check out as 99% we cannot fulfil your request since the house is fully booked and from the check out time which is 11:00 we need the time to clean the apartment. For that reason check in and out times have to be strictly followed


PET RULES

We are Pet Friendly accommodation but we cannot accept all breeds and big gods. Please send us a message prior to booking..

Prior to confirming your booking please let me know the following:

We have the following Rules for our guests with Animals. This ensures that both your stay and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. If you have any questions, please ask!

•Your Animal should not be left unattended at any time otherwise in a crate if not barking. You *must* have and use a crate for your Assistance Animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water.
•Your Animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.
•Please provide an advance copy of your Animal's vaccines health passport Current rabies vaccines are required by our town.
•Your Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.
•Your Animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.
•We can ask you to remove your Animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behaviour or obvious lack of sanitation.
•Please walk your Animal outside for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.
•Please clean up the defecations immediately as per the Greek Law
•Please keep your Animal off the furniture and beds

•You are responsible at all times for your Animal's behavior. While we reasonably expect that your specialty Animal is well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs or replacements.
