Nice small hotel in a perfect location for a city trip. You can explore the inner city by feet. I never had to use a public transport or taxi, except for travelling to the airport and the sea. The only thing I can complain is that the breakfast wasn‘t that plenty I wanted and there is only filtered coffee. Everything else was great

Die Lage des kleinen Hotels ist ein Traum. Es liegt mitten im Zentrum und dennoch relativ ruhig. Man kann locker alles zu Fuß ablaufen, Plaka ist nebenan, die Akropolis, Psyri... Wunderschön. Tolle Lokale in der gesamten Umgebung. Das Zimmer war klein, aber für uns völlig ausreichend. Es war sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Es ist genügend Ablagefläche vorhanden, obwohl es keinen richtigen Schrank gibt. Es gab auch Hausschuhe und einen Bademantel (auf Nachfrage), sowie täglich frisches Wasser und Kaffeekapseln. Das Frühstück ist wirklich nichts Besonderes, war für uns zum schnellen Start in den Tag aber ausreichend. Es ist eben ein kleines Hotel mit begrenzten Möglichkeiten. Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen, z.B. beim Brot, Obst und bei den süßen Teilchen wäre das leicht umzusetzen. Der Rest war aber lecker und sogar der Saft war gut! Der Kaffee hat uns aber leider gar nicht geschmeckt (gechlortes Wasser!) Da haben wir lieber den Kaffee auf dem Zimmer getrunken.

If I had been able I would have given this hotel a 4.6. That wasn't possible and it was certainly better than a 4.0. As I said it wasn't perfect but the staff was nice. It has a good location, It was a newer facility and the rate was a bargain. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location. Clean and new hotel, friendly staff, nice modern rooms. Only two little wishes for improvement: There was only one large duvet for two people (two normal ones would have been better). And instead of toast every morning, we would have prefered fresh bread.

Very small rooms and the hotel is located on a small road. Good location to the main town square. Breakfast is very average, and not refilled so you have to be quick in the morning

Lousy room and bad service. Very expensive for what it is . I had a bad experience. I arrived at 12:30 and was told my room was not ready. They told me that they would call me by phone when the room was ready and they didn't. When I went to the hotel at night they gave me the room with a direct window to the concrete wall for my three day stay. I complained and they offered me a room with a window paying more. Finally, after half an hour of discussion, they gave me a room with a window of the same category. The safe did not work, there were no towels because they were in the laundry, the sheets were not changed in three days, the TV cuts off all the time, the breakfast is very bad (same dry bacon and reheated eggs all ) and for an espresso they charge you an extra 3 euros. unfortunate given the price of the room (90 euros/night).

Unfortunately it is a busy season and we weren't able for that. Furthermore, you had booked this type of room, so that’s why we suggested an update, and since you did not want this option, 15 minutes later we offered the same type of room on a higher floor. Please note that upon your reservation you have the option of reading the information about the room and it was with no view from the beginning. Also, the safe was working with its key so we would like to ask you not to give false information. The property was ok, but there were problems with the electronic room key (requiring use of a physical key) and WiFi access. Staff were as helpful as could be and this made the stay better. The neighborhood was typical old Athens neighborhood with lots of noise.

Air conditioning went out and it took way too long, days, to get fixed. Staff was nice but never offered anything to offset the inconvenience. They kept saying it would be fixed in hours but that’s not what was happening

This Hotel & Room was very small. OVER PRICED!! To get to the lift four steps, the lift fit 2 people just, which made it difficult to carry bags up & in lift! Breakfast wasn't anything special,we only had breakfast once!! Won't be staying again.!!

Roof top terrace not available for guests. False advertising there. Pictures on Expedia was what prompted me to book this hotel. No hot water occasionally and difficult to get get ac to work. Receptionist fixed that for us. Very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Noisy area.

Excellent hotel à distance de marche de la station Syntagma. Bien entretenu, personnels chaleureux. Seul bémol: les fenêtres ne sont pas bien insonorisés donc la collecte des déchets à 5:45 a été entendue! Amenez des bouchons.

Convenient and very accommodating. Value for money. If view of the acropolis is required book levels 5 and 6 which have different room types otherwise not much of a view.

Great location, poor air conditioning
The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything and in a vibrant area. The hotel is clean and modern. However, the air conditioning was working but hardly cooled the room. The reception staff lacked knowledge to be helpful.
