I will be happy to be more speciffic after long time two months ago staying and more long time five months ago booked without even see photos from the room style and the area .Is not a typical hotel ikea style .In historical center and in a greek traditional style property is not for everyone .I m really sorry about it if you have check your booking gonna be better for both i hope next time you do

Is not fair from anonymous i cannot see even the reservation number to answer and to notice like host what i have to do to be better. Is not nice to get points on reviews in this way especially in a good period with guests why it suprise me and i ve been more sad about it . I will be happy this anonymous guest to answer and to explain the reasons.

How you can say that without see the rooms and the hole house coming up just the stairs and the seating room. You was so upset you could not communicate i notice trying to find the entrance. I have send you mail about your arrival time and how you can find the property is so central but the entrance is not at the main road and is not open 24 hours i explain and i didnt have any answer from you. The time i met him some other guests coming and ask him which room he have booked and from which platform he show me all house acording to payment i show to you one room with single bed and trying to show the other room at the stairs and the house you start running like crazy to the stairs I have never have such behave from guest coming with no luggage like crazy with no any mood to communicate and to see to understand. Is not nice at all to write all those lies about the house and the company. You have paid for the cheapest room in offer and you show me you coming to have the all house and rooftop you show me. I have been very upset with your behave especially you didnt wanted to speak.

hi really i dont understand all of those you write i think before you book you see pictures where you going and for sure you have to respect the different style than common .you get room with shared bathroom with another one room .your room had even electic blankets and first time norht europian found middle of spring time cold and wet .
