In a very aggressive rude tone, your first words to me were, "I'm recording this!!!" So, Trevor, I'm going to ask you to go back and listen to our "recorded" conversation, because it is very different from what you have stated here. Let me remind you what really happened, as your "recording" will no doubt reflect. You called me and rudely stated to me you were recording this call. You stated you were unable to check in and wanted a full refund, but then didn't want to go to a hotel. I told you the only way you could get a refund was for you to go and leave the property, which you didn't want to do, as you were attending a concert that night. I told you I could compensate you something, only I could not make this decision on my own since I had partners on this property. As it was Memorial Day weekend they were unreachable! As your "recording" will reflect, you then were verbally abusive towards me and aggressively told me, no, DEMANDED compensation right then, and began to attempt to extort your vacation trips refund out of me for being 30 minutes late on your check in over the next three days. This was not and is not a reasonable request of you, and you would have been compensated something if you had not attempted to strong-arm me in that aggressive and abusive manner. You stated if I did not make the refund, you would leave me a bad review on VRBO. Well, Trevor, I am not afraid of you. You may ruin my rating status, but you will have to live with your dishonest abusive character until you chose to change. And as for cockroaches, I have this on a monthly Pest Control service, so your dishonest review is worthless.
