This listing is TWO 1 bedroom and 1 bath apartments right next to each other. You will have a total of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, etc.

This building is in an up-and-coming transitioning area of downtown Atlanta. There may be areas of blight around the neighborhood. Please be mindful of this prior to booking.

The newly renovated apartments are simple, yet tastefully decorated with a minimalist aesthetic. With the two combined apartments, you will be provided with:

We do our best to make sure every guest has an exceptional experience! Our apartment is located in a rapidly growing area experiencing gentrification. If you are sensitive to these types of neighborhoods, please be mindful of this prior to booking.

Free on-street parking is available or guests can park directly in front of the building. You will drive up a gravelly access road to park in front of bldg. There is a small flight of steps to walk up to get to the unit. The apartment is located downstairs, so you may on occasion hear someone walking around upstairs.

No parties or events

No smoking inside the apartment. We want to make sure each guest has a pleasant smoke-free stay! Feel free to step outside!

No pets due to severe allergies.

Please book the correct amount for your party. If all guests are not accounted for, you may be asked to leave.
